I don't know anyone who LIKES buying a car - it's stressful to find the one you want, and then to try to ensure you're getting the best deal possible while navigating things like vehicle cost negotiation, financing, trade-in value....it can easily be overwhelming! Jean was up front and honest with us, while also being personable and authentically charming. I've never laughed so much while buying a car - and my husband and I both agreed it was the most fun we've ever had buying a car! In addition to the levity, Jean was very professional, informative, and outright helpful. Next time we are in the market for a car, we will definitely be calling Jean first!

I've had several issues with this dealership since letting them service my vehicle. unfortunately, there are only two Infiniti dealerships in the metro Detroit area. and they are affiliated with the same company (Suburban) The Infiniti is a nice car to own, But the level of service that any vehicle receives is as important to the experience as well! My car was damaged by the dealership tech, and I was told that someone will need to review the cameras to confrim what I've already told them. So this is a my word aganist their word situation. Who do you think they are going to side with?? I would not recommend dealership for service...
