I purchased a used vehicle.
I purchased a used vehicle. I had the vehicle maybe 15 minutes and it broke down.. when purchasing the vehicle I was sure to get a warranty.. Upon purchasing the warranty they reassured me that if I had any issues with my car that I bring it back to their service center under the warranty that I purchased..15 miles down the road evey light in the car came on.. I immediately had to pull over.. called and talked to brad.. he had me drive the car all the way back to Ferndale just to say that he can't help me because they don't have the diagnostic tools to fix the car.. Long story short, the radiator cracked, the car has a bad engine, suspension issues, and all other sorts of stuff.. I already put 5k into this car and it is still NOT working I have talked to everyone at the dealership, they are a joke.. The manager, the finance manager and the sales person.. I am stuck paying for a car that doesn't work.. the warranty company will not help me because all of the issues were pre existing.. Imagine paying a car note and still being carless.. smh. I will NEVER reefer anyone to suburban anythibg...

The sales agent that reached out to me has insisted that the price they advertise the vehicle at is a competitive one however it’s basically the price of a new car for a year old car weighs 10,000 miles he denied the depreciation factor and did not want to discuss the price reduction based on common sense bluebook and depreciation
Thank you for your feedback and I apologize that you were not satisfied with the answer you received from our dealership. As a rule we price our vehicles using the most current market data. We, as a dealer, do not account for depreciation per se. In most cases the market itself assumes depreciation which then has a direct effect on our pricing. However in this unique time vehicles are depreciating very little due to the supply shortages and inflation issues. As supply and demand come more into line then I assume depreciation will again accelerate and there will be a greater discrepancy between new and preowned prices. That is your humble opinion however I don’t think you are reasonable in your pricing; as a dealer you are simply taking advantage of your customers by using an excuse of supply shortages to charge nearly the same price as a new vehicle for used ones. Also some of you dealers now charge premium which is unethical even though not deemed illegal MSRP stand for manufacturers suggested retail price and you should go from that that’s how I see it as a customer thank you!

Check engine light came on 5 minutes after leaving and they told me to pound sand basically. Salesmen was nice but they obviously don't care about the customer.

I purchased a used vehicle. I paid in full in cash. I was charged $1,000 for fees which included a bogus $300 for "reconditioning." After waiting 40 minutes, presumably for reconditioning, I was taken to the car. It had been sitting in the service garage. There was no service person around. The reconditioning of the car clearly did not take place. My $300 got zero prep. There was no prep. Gas was on zero, coffee on visors, crumbs on floor, leather seats dry/cracking, ceiling liner filthy, windshield scratched. A paper mat was thrown in the backseat. The steering wheel was sticky. "What others say" is nice. Too bad the facts of treatment were disparate. Alexis was trying to get it done for 40 minutes but, I guess the detailer wasn't on hand or was too busy or non-existent. Six managers, no managing.

The service I received was beyond anticipated.
The service I received was beyond anticipated. The dealership was clean, accommodated social distancing, and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. I appreciated how efficient Tim was! There was a waiting area with a good amount of people who were in and out in no time.

Bought a truck from them in December 2021. They had told me their mechanic went through and checked everything and there was no issues. Well they lied. After paying 14k for the truck I almost immediately had to put $7400 into it. My mechanic said someone definitely worked on it and screwed a lot of stuff up on it. The worst part is when I tried to contact them I could not get anyone to return my calls. This is a shady dealership that just cares about taking your money and has zero interest in selling quality vehicles
