The entire process was positive. Couldn't believe how easy it was. The salesperson, Greg was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with and very patient with questions. When the car was ready for pick up , he went through all the bells and whistles and set up my phone, etc. it was a great help and saved lots of time (ready intsruction manuals.

I only get my 2014 Forester serviced at Gainesville Subaru, where I purchased it. They are reliable, timely, honest, respectful, and professional. The waiting area is lovely. TV, magazines, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold water, and snacks.
