The manager and our Salesman, Allan Rivas, Jr, went above and beyond to make our experience a great one!! There were some concerns after our first salesman sold us a car and it broke down less than 2 months after buying it.. Allan and the managers really made everything right and turned our feelings around Thank you Allan , Freddie, Chad, Ronnie for making us want to come back to Subaru!! You guys are amazing!!

Smooth transaction, good price, great Salesman and Sales Manager, no pressure. Salesman kept in constant touch while awaiting delivery. My Forester was delivered exactly as ordered, several weeks sooner than expected.

I have always had good experiences with this dealership
I have always had good experiences with this dealership (specifically the service department) but the last two visits lead to some unexpected outcomes. Their customer service is great, and appreciated, but some inconsistencies between employees on the recommended services, etc.

We looking for SUV for daughter Karen. She had been talking to Allen Rivas,Jr. He was amazing and he worked very hard to get her a 2019 Subaru Outback. She is so excited to have her own SUV. Worst car buying experience I've had
Mitch was a polite sales man. He explained that sales rep's at Subaru of Gainesville were not commission based and took pride in their customer service. Price on car was firm, dealership fee firm, and they determined the trade in value of my Mazda 6 with 120k on the odometer was only worth $1.5k despite having brand new tires and being in nice drivable shape. (no dents but not perfect admittedly). They justified the price by comparing similar model years auction value (both examples had much more mileage than mine.) None the less, I chose to purchase a certified WRX with 23k miles for $25k and purchased a warranty along with several extra options. Excited, I got the car home and detailed it. Upon closer inspection, the front and rear emblem badges were not original. They were cheap, red plastic "racer boy" aftermarket emblems. So I called Mitch and explained the situation, certain that a pair of stock badges could obtained. He then texted me that the new badges would cost $120 a piece! I asked if that price could be waved and he agreed to ask his manager about it and then promptly ghosted me. Despite several inquiries over several days, I have gotten radio silence. It obvious is to me that I am simply a number, not a valued customer of Subaru of Gainesville. Which was indeed the cold feeling I got from the staff while I was there. Now I am considering upgrading to an STI. If I do, I'll make the drive to Orlando or Jacksonville. I've been diligent in telling everyone who comes and admires the shiny new/used car with plastic racer badges about my experience there.
