Bad customer service response and experience.

Bad customer service response and experience. Ended up running my credit and changing my mind on what they wanted because they took so long. Almost a week to get a follow up online or through text or email. And the online concierge person that was supposed to be assisting me never responded to me and multiple messages over a week.

They won't tell you until you've wasted all your time that a vehicle is cash only. Huge waste of time and money. Not an honest representation. Don't waste your money here

Great Car Buying Experience

I had a great experience buying a new Toyota. The process is stress-free and enjoyable. Mr. Salim Adil was very thorough and knowledgeable. He kept updating us on the car's status. He informed us of the supply chain issue with the cars and gave us an accurate estimate of when we could expect delivery. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Very happy with the purchase of my car.

Honestly the service isn’t bad this isn’t what this is about but earlier today I saw a staff members squirt ketchup on two cars and felt that was unprofessional in my opinion that person should be reprimanded for their actions please I hope you take this into consideration

5 stars to Hayat Issa she’s very professional and super nice, funny. She came to me while I was waiting for my vehicle to get serviced and asked me to buy my vehicle. She sit down with me and explained the process and all the benefits. Yes, I traded in my truck for newer one and I’m so happy with her service. I will highly recommend her, ask for Hayat her if you looking to trade or sell your vehicle!

Highly recommend Giane Pugh!!

We purchased our new car with internet sales rep Giane Pugh. She was very helpful and straightforward, very responsive to communications. The buying process was very clear, so when we got the call that the car arrived, the buying process was quick and easy - we showed up for the test drive, reviewed the paperwork (everything was exactly as we had discussed and agreed - no surprises). Giane provided customer excellent service and paid very close attention - she made the interior presentable, explained the nice features of the car to us, and she made sure 100% everything we paid for was on the car. One small thing that Giane astutely picked up - the dealer was supposed to tint the windows but hadn't had a chance. Giane noticed it and told us we could bring it back to have it done! Highly recommend Giane Pugh!!

Routine service appointment = 3-week nightmare

7am: I take my 2016 Prius in for a routine service appointment. They say there are two active recalls on my car and that they can do those repairs that day as well as the regular service. Great! They tell me they should be done in 2-2.5 hours. 8am: All they’ve done so far is an appraisal. No, I do not want to sell you my car. 9:15: They say they're still working and should be done in another hour. A little longer than they originally said, but okay. 10:20: They’ve done the regular service and one of the recalls, but they have to order the part for the other recall. They say they'll get me a rental car, but given that I hadn't had any issues with the car, I ask if it would work for me to keep my own car until the part was in. They go to check and don't get back to me for ANOTHER hour. 11:15: They say I can take my car until they get the new part. 10 days later, they call. The part for the second recall is in so I can schedule my appointment. I ask for a 4pm time, but they tell me that if I come in that late, I'll have to leave my car there overnight. So I book an appointment for 1:20 so I can take my car home that day. I bring my car in to get the part replaced. Again, they tell me it should be ready in 2-2.5 hours. I hear NOTHING from anyone until 5:20. They call to say that they still have my car "tore up" and will need to keep it overnight. They offer to get me a ride home. I was pretty miffed at this point since this was what I thought I was avoiding by booking the 1:20 time. I take the ride home. The next day, I do not hear anything until around 12:40. Ludicrous. My service rep from the first time I brought the car in calls me, apologizing and saying he didn't know they had had me come in the day before. They're still working on the part replacement. Finally: 4:20, he calls again. They're done! They call a ride for me. I come in, I wait 10 minutes to check out at the register, and then I wait another 15 for them to finally pull my car in so I can drive home. I'm annoyed. 5:30: I take the car home with no issue. 6:30: I drive the car again to meet friends. 9:30: I get in my car to go back home, and the car is having trouble starting! Based on the error messages, it looks like a low battery. After ~10 minutes, I'm able to get the car to start. I drive home. I have places to go the next day but won’t have to drive for about a week after that, so I figure I'll try to get through the next day, then call again. That next day, I struggle to start my car every time I drive it, but it starts each time after a couple minutes or less. The car drives fine once I start it, but I'm still pretty nervous. That night, when I get in my car to go home from my last stop, it won't start, even after 30 minutes of trying. A friend gives me a ride home. 3 days later, my insurance company jumps the car, at which point I'm able to get the car home and then back to the dealer the next day at 1:20. They tell me they’ll try to figure it out and fix it that day. 3:30: They call and say they'll probably need until the next day to finish. The next day, they call and say they've finished their inspection and they can't find anything they did wrong with the recall. They do confirm that the battery is bad. They replace it, but they still charge me $200+ for it (with a paltry 10% discount) despite admitting that it "looks bad" that the battery started failing literally the day they did the last repair. I’m still convinced that they screwed up and wrecked my battery. Now it’s going to take me about a month to trust that they haven't destroyed my car yet again. My service rep, Oscar, was very friendly and did seem to genuinely feel bad. Other than that, this was a terrible experience. Despite the convenient location of this service center, I will find somewhere else to take my car next time. Their timelines were meaningless, they killed my battery (or at best neglected to check it), and they ripped me off.

Bait and switch

After visiting dealership and test drive, I was ready to purchase. Made offer, but they wouldn't budge on price. Checked their website a week later to find the price dropped to my offer. I went through the purchase process online, since I had already driven the truck. They called to confirm pickup time in two hours. I arrive at dealership only to be told the truck had been stolen the night before. Refused to show police report. Checked with dmv, it had not been reported stolen and asked if they could sell me a different vehicle. What a joke

Terrible Maintenance Service!

Maintenance service is terrible! I waited 25 minutes just to drop off my car, which I made an appointment for.  I saw service guys walking around but didn't bother to ask if I needed help. I had to flag people down to help me. Then they didn't call me until 1.5 hour before closing and told me issues that they found. When I picked up the car, I waited for 15 minutes for someone to bring it. Not waiting longer, I then went back in line to get someone paged to bring the car up. The guy then brings up the car and parked it at the end and walked off. He didn't even bother to tell me that my car was there. Terrible service for a well-known dealership!
