If I could put a 0 star review I would do it in a heartbeat. The way I have been treated by this dealership has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I got a used car from this place, a car which seems like they never actually looked at as far as detail or mechanic work. I got this vehicle almost a month now & I’ve had multiple issues with it. Issues that they said they were able to do for free. Bull****. I had to pay out of pocket for everything. Maintenance, the free tint they promised to a messed up part in my car. That’s with me having extended warranty on it. I was told from people not to get the car but because this is the car I always wanted I went for it. But xxxx was I a fool. The sales person pressured me every single time I kept wanting to leave. When I took it to get serviced a couple days ago they looked at me crazy saying if I had got the vehicle from here. They told me my car seemed fine there’s nothing wrong with it. Took it to a dealer where the vehicle is made from & they were able to figure out what was wrong with it. This whole experience has been horrible. I spoke with management still haven’t heard back. It seems like no one really cares here. Only out to get peoples money & make that xxxx sale. I can honestly say I was scammed & now I’m left with this.

2 years with the car 4 exact same problems resulting in no rental and can care less how we get my 9 year old to school,how we get to work, how long it’s gonna take to get fixed. 581.79 plus insurance,rent,food,lights, you know..Real life.& they refused to fix it til I showed the mechanical failure contract. Now refuse to assist with a loaner or help with a rental period and this is completely,solely their fault. 4 times same issue remember. The time before this is was gone for almost 2 months. So be careful where you buy your car from, they might help get you out of there and smile in your face, but when you have a REAL problem, and it’s their fault.You are on your own..Which u stand to lose everything you have worked so hard for. And they can care less.PLEASE BE CAREFUL YALL..

I love the car I bought, but the salesman was very pushy...

I love the car I bought, but the salesman was very pushy to get me to finance with them even though I had my own financing. After I kept refusing their financing he became angry and very short with me. I just got my car and left figuring I would never go there again. Also, I bought my car in May and still have no license in October. I have to keep asking for a new temporary plate. I filed a complaint about this, but am still waiting for my plates. Hopefully the call I made today will result in my plates. Fingers crossed. The finance guy Brent Maxwell was nice though.

Service manager, Karim, was professional, nice and efficient. Work was done well and at a good price. They checked me in at my appointment time and I did not have to wait.

MOST INCOMPETENT AND RUDEST DEALER EVER!

I test drove a car, filled all my information, signed a bunch of papers, had the car keys on the desk with the salesman and then they tell me another family send the finance papers a couple minutes before me (without even looking at the car!) and so it belonged to them now, this is the most bizarre and ridiculous car dealer experience I have ever had in my life! And then, when I talk with the manager he gets feisty with me!

I arrived at the dealership at 10AM, I waited for the service adviser to give me an update. At ~12ish i texted back the number for an update and did not receive a reply. At 1PM I went back to front of the service area and was told my advisor was on lunch....When I did ask to speak to the manager he came said he would look into it and NOT ONCE did he ever follow up to see how I was and apologize for what happened. I have been coming for years here for service and this was the WORST.

Made an appt to test drive a used car. Confirmed the car was still in stock before driving a hour there, was told yes the car is in stock. We drive an hour, and the sales guy tells it “So that car sold this morning.” Literally 30 min after someone confirmed it was in stock on the phone. Complete bait and switch and HORRIBLE business tactics. This dealership will never see a penny of mine or my families money. Scam artists.

Deceptive pricing practices - I was interested in a Fiat 500X listed on their site for $18,288. I asked for the best price and a slaes manager named Sameer Lakhani responded that the best price was $17,000 + TTL + Fees. As this was acceptable to me, I was ready to go in, but fortunately asked for a complete price breakdown. I was sent the attached pricing sheet and was totally surprised to find $995 worth of accessories/service items tagged on as "fees". Their sales representative made the claim over email that they reduced the price by more than $1000 to cover the "fees" . I am not sure in which world tint, nitrogen and wheel locks are fees.. Anyway make sure you get a complete pricing sheet before you step foot in the dealership.

Great service and always courteous everybody Only thing wrong when you get there early they give you a coupon but the selection that you have to choose is poor

Went for oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor Kareem Koul was very knowledgeable and gave an exceptional customer service. I would definitely go back. They gave me my car back clean from inside and washed from outside.
