Amazing Customer Service

4 wheel alignment
I told my accord in for a 4 wheel alignment today, Steve was my original advisor but Mr Jeffrey took care of me. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt with me doing the my visit. He also recommended some unforeseen maintenance that's due.
Awesome service
I bought my 2021 Odyssey last year when my daughter was born and the buying process was really smooth and great. Since then I have came to service the car here and as always they do a great job taking care of everything and recommending everything you migh need to maitain the car in perfect condition. Makenzy took care of me and she was very nice, friendly and professional. Thank you so much.
Excellent service without a long wait!
Great service. Went for a registration inspection and in addition they offered a free multi-point inspection and a free car wash as well. The service advisor, Jason Nguyen, was very helpful in helping me with answers to my questions. I didn’t even have an appointment and was in and out very quickly.

In a pinch
I had a problematic tire that would not hold air. D’Anne the service rep worked me into a very busy schedule. Turns out I had leaks in two tires. However, all fixed. Thank you!
Service
Everything was great. Fast and efficient. After the valet washed the car and walked away with the keys , my agent even walked to find her and give them to me.
Windshield wiper fluid
I went to get the oil changed, and my receipt shows that all fluids were topped off. When I tried using the windshield wiper fluid it was very low. I was very disappointed, especially because I waited over an hour and a half. I hope it was just an oversight.
Sterling MCCall Honda saves the day!
We only have one car since my house flooded so I should not have checked the battery myself when my 2018 Honda Odyssey was cranking a little slow. If you disconnect the battery the anti theft system immobilizes the car. My wife was very upset and I had to take Uber to work and have the car towed to Sterling McCall Honda. Not to worry! Jesse Ybarra received the car at noon the next day, but did the A1 service, installed a new 8year battery, and reprogrammed the key and gave the car back to my wife that same day and did not charge me an arm and a leg. The lesson is do not mess with your Honda, take it back to Sterling MCCall Honda for Service.
Great service dept
Great service department….been dealing with their service department for 4 years and never disappoint. Weekends are a little challenging but hr and half is great on a weekend. Definitely recommend to ANYBODY
