The way auto service should be !!!
Wonderful as usually, great customer service. The way I rate a business is by the customer service and work performed in which McCall does a great job at both. The customer service is friendly, kind, very knowledgeable and keep you informed on the work needed and being done. My advisor was a young lady named Michelle, she was spectacular. I drive pass four other Chevrolet dealerships and 1 1/2 hours to get to McCall because I always received the best service. Keep it up, I would recommend everyone to check them out.

something sketchy going on here at this dealership
Traded my truck in December 27th 2021 for one of their vehicles. Today is January 24th 2022 and still have yet received the payment for the trade in. My bank is about to pull another payment for a truck I no longer have. If someone from Sterling McCall could take care of this that would be great!!! Have called multiple times and nothing has been done to fix this.

I have an amazing service rep. Lee Gober. Last summer I got stranded with a rental car without brakes and their office was closed; he came and gave me a ride. Another time I kept hearing a weird noise in my steering column and he kept at it until the problem was solved. I had a blow out on the freeway and he recommended an excellent tow truck to get my car back to the dealership. In a world where customer service is really just “lip service”, it is reassuring to find someone that is honest. I bring my car to Sterling McCall service department because of their quality customer service and for hiring dedicated employees such as Lee Gober.

"MANDATORY AFTER MARKET ADD IN's"
Get ready to pay "MANDATORY AFTER MARKET ADD IN's" to used vehicles if you want to buy from this dealer. My son is in the market for a small SUV, i found this nice 2019 Mitsubishi with under 40K miles priced at mid 17K we calculated TTL and were sure that our price was going to be close to 19K and it was however, when our nice salesman brought the numbers in written form i saw an additional charge of $499.00 he claim that they installed some type of satellite device as a safety feature that locates and tracks the car incase it's stolen, i told them that i was not interested in such device and he replied that i had no choice that it was already installed and cannot be removed. because it was still in the budget of the payment that my son was looking for we said ok and accepted to pay the additional, well when he left to complete the transaction he comes back with the final numbers, to our surprise now they had added some type of special air to the tires for $199.00 and also tinted the windows for $399.00 claiming that those where also already installed and could not be removed, so we refuse to pay those additional items as they were not in the original negotiations. Manager Saul was brought into the office and starts by reminding us about how hard it is to buy vehicles right now and that they are actually loosing money on this sale. so he refuse to sell us the vehicle under the original deal we had made with the salesman and we walked away without a car. i don't recommend anyone to waste there valuable time dealing with this professional vehicle scammers. I will recommend that you deal your vehicles online after you have test driven them to avoid the contact with professionals that have been trained to take your money.
