Perfect truck
Excellent service, I was waited on right as I got oit of my car. I knew what I thought I wanted but the sales person showed me another truck and I knew that was the perfect fit for me. I couldn't ask for better service

I was able to get my oil change and they provide
I was able to get my oil change and they provide transportation to my doctors appointment. My vehicle was finished by the the time my doctors appointment was finished.

Great Service Rep!
Michelle was once again my service rep. I texted her and was able to get my car in quickly. She kept me up to date with diagnosis of the problems and ensured everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Took it in because the check engine light was on, 2 days after I picked it up, truck shuts off while driving, several times. It didn’t do that before. Was not a fan of the customer service I received

I don't leave reviews but this happened not only once but twice with this same dealership. I don't want anyone to have to go through the same time wasting experience that we had dealing with this dealership. On two separate occasions (6 months apart) we found cars listed online. On both occasions the sales people told us the cars are available. BOTH times we drove there and all of a sudden the car was sold or was sent to auction. This may be common practice for dealerships but what a waste of time and gas. Please be careful and don't trust their word that the car is available.

Waste of time and gas
I don't leave reviews but this happened not only once but twice with this same dealership. Great Service Dept
Brought in my 2018 Silverado with 31,000 miles in for the transmission flush and brake system flush as well. Gary was my service coordinator for this visit. Brought the truck in at 8 AM with a reservation, and was picking it back up at 3:30 that afternoon. Great job by Sterling McCall Chevrolet

Happy with my decision
I normally don’t leave reviews, good or bad, but this experience deserves it. I know buying can go either way, I guess it’s hit or miss. I’ve had some good car buying experiences in the past but more of the arduous and unpleasant ones. I can honestly say this is one of the top better experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I’m not sure if it’s because things are easier now finding a car online and things being a little more streamlined post pandemic. However, Douglas Pirela, from the moment I dealt with him on the phone I felt positive. When I initially called, I had literally just walked out of a dealership in Katy because I was having a not so good experience within my first 30 mins at the dealership. I got back in my car and found another car on cars.com but this one was at sterling mccall. I called and spoke with Douglas. He was very polite and on it. He told me he would double check to make sure the car was still there and would get back to me in 3 mins. He called me back confirming it was still there; he sent me a text with his card and address. I drove almost 40mins out of the way to see the Jeep. When I arrived Douglas continued with the same disposition, handed me the keys for the test drive. When I came back I voiced some concerns and he said he would be able to get it taken care of, and then he brought me over to meet with Edgar Davila for the financing part. I was actually already approved by my credit union but he asked if it was ok to check with another credit union to see if he could get me a better deal, and he did. As a single mother, money can be tight and he was very understanding and helpful. I can’t attest to some of the other salespeople who work there since my only two contacts were Edgar and Douglas; but these two guys made it easy for me. Even with the length of time; and the trade in value was a little more than I expected. Honestly, the whole process took less time than in past experiences and I thank them for that. So far I am glad I went there and I’m happy with my Jeep Cherokee.
