The dealership itself wasn’t bad but when I went to go look at a car they offered to have me test drive, when I went to visit it had been sent out to auction. They should do a better job at keeping up with their inventory.

Awesome service performed on my 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe. They promised the service would be completed by the end of the day and it was and for under the price I was originally given.

Excellent Customer’s Service
Great dealership, I have purchased my vehicles from them. All departments has always been friendly and helpful. My last couple of visits have been for vehicle maintenance or repair and I always ask for Michelle because she gives excellent customer service, she always keep me informed plus she does it with kindness and always with a smile. It is great to know when your sitting around waiting for your vehicle there someone checking on it, keeping you informed and looking out for your interest and comfort while you wait. All with kindness and a smile, she cares about her customers service. Keep up the wonderful customer service , you’re an asset to the dealership and thanks for being there. Excellent customer service and maintenance or repair work. I only take my vehicle’s here and suggest you do as well. Beware of the Used car department.
Beware of the Used car department. They are selling lemons and they are fully aware of it. They do not stand by their product and are looking to trick people. The service department is lazy . Read all the other negative reviews. They are correct.

Stay away MOVE ON!!!!
Sterling McCall Chevy sold me a Car in May 2022. 2 weeks later the front end berrings went out and have around $900 in costs for this and the struts are going out as well.
