The customer service after the purchase is horrible! Watch the 30 day clock because once you pass it they don't care about your business anymore. I needed $2000 worth of repairs and wasn't even able to use the garbage extended warranty I bought for $2000 extra dollars. The finance staff was the worst, never returned a phone call, didn't get a 2nd set of keys as stated, and the excuses were endless. They are not a reputable dealership!

This information is not helpful because I traded the vehicle I purchased from you. Since paying off the previous loan on December 9th, I have been waiting for my refund for the extended warranty. The bank lender and I have called the dealership several times and no one has returned the calls. In addition, no one has responded to my emails.

Hi Tonia, authorized prorated warranty refunds typically come from the warranty company, not from the dealership. Please contact your warranty company directly for expedited service. Your lender should also do the same. Thank you.

Can you return my calls? I already know the process. The refund check from Veritas Company was sent to you and sent it to the bank who has no record of receiving your check. BB&T simply wants to know the date it was cashed. I have emailed you the correspondence from the bank, but you prefer to communicate via a public forum. If this is the best means of accountability, I will continue to post on this site until I receive my refund.

I am having the worst experience ever! Plan to spend several hours to complete the sale! The salesman will certainly assist to spend your money, but AfterSales is horrible!!! I purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass with my sister in November 2020. The vehicle is registered to me and she is hiding it and not paying the Note. I contacted LoJack with the VIN and they said it’s Legacy advised me to contact the dealer to look in the sales history. I have been on the phone more than 6 times with Square One. I have called and requested a manager and I spoke with Jeffery and Carlos who both claimed to be Managers so they are lying to people they are just Sales Representatives. I have left several messages to speak with the Managers Lee and Melvin and neither returned my messages. Carlos basically said he doesn’t understand why LoJack told me to call the dealership. I said Dude I am the messenger and whats with the 21 questions. I purchased the vehicle in your dealership. No one wants to offer any customer service and do their job. Carlos puts me on hold for over 30 minutes and never returned. I called back and was sent to VM. Its beyond comprehension why I can’t get the information I requested. Frustrated with them giving me the run-around, I called again and spoke with front desk and she couldn’t help. I am so disappointed. I have called more than 6 times at this point and have to repeat myself. All I have gotten was straight run-around and still no serial number in the sales history.

They are quick to help you buy a vehicle. Sitting around for hours waiting for someone to help you pays off when you get the car you want but the AfterSales is Poor God help you if you need help. Regrettably I need help and all I get is the runs around because you have a bunch of people who doesn’t want to do anything. All I need is the serial number for LoJack they put on the vehicle and I have been getting the run around for the past couple of weeks. Each time I called oh I will call you back and no one ever does. You have to basically plan to call several times for the day and it’s frustrating enough that you are taking the time to do so. I will never recommend anyone to this company or will I ever be a repeat customer. They don’t remember that they are consumers themselves and how will they feel if different people was giving you the run around and still no resolution. Simply put “they don’t care!” Well when people decided to go to other dealerships to reduce the headaches especially when enough customers complain then no more customers and you have no business! Check out BBB and see all the other complaints! I wish I had.
