Very thoughtful and kind people at this Kia location, always make sure I am good to go before they take my car back and offer free tv/coffee ect, I sit outside mostly and enjoy the day when its nice and they always seem to knock the job out quicker then quoted, love the texts a few days prior to your service to see how well everything went and if anything else can be done to make the experience any better, thats how you do customer service right. -Robert

Reilly Mickey provided excellent service during my visit. He was attentive to my repair concerns regarding a technical service bulletin for my vehicle. Ordered the required part and when I made a follow up call to see if the part was in he checked on receipt. He referred me to make a service appointment. The kind of customer service I have been accustomed to as a long time Kia Customer. .

Anthony Grant assisted me in getting my car serviced and back on the road in no time. Kept me informed of the status every 10 minutes or so while I waited. Great people and top notch service. If I can come back in town during my next visit, I will definitely bring it back to them.

Southside KIA was able to diagnose and repair AC in a timely fashion. Always kept me up to date on progress. The repair took longer than anticipated but the waiting area was clean and comfortable and a shuttle service was available within a 12 mile radius
No help. Bad service
I have no respect for dealerships trying to get over on women because they know women aren’t expected to know much about cars. I was informed at 8AM that it would take 2 hours for my AC inspection to be complete and then I’d receive an update. Five hours went by so i had to call the shop myself, once the advisor got on the phone after being placed on hold, he didn’t have any info about the status of my car so i had to be placed on hold again just to be informed that my car had just been connected to the diagnostic machine too see what was wrong with my air and it would be another 45 minutes until they figured out the problem. Didn’t receive an update until the 6th hour. And then was told there’s a leak that would take $850 to fix first in order to make sure there aren’t any other issues with the compressor, so I’d have to spend almost 1k to fix only 1 of the possible issues. The advisor Tommie needs to work on his customer service because he wasn’t welcoming and wasn’t much of help either. I will not be returning to Southside Kia in the future.

Carisa Was a pleasure to work with. There were black marks on my seats, sideboard and inside the door. This was very disturbing. She made sure all the marks were removed. However, after I left I noticed black marks on both my front floor mats. The people whe did the actual service made a mess out of my car!
