They don't keep their word. They promise you service after the sale and then don't follow through if you have a problem. They sold me a car with a chipped windshield in the center of the passenger side. When I noticed it and called them about it. They said the responsibility was mine, this, after telling me that they had me covered for 30 days or 1000 miles. Nice cars but the sales people lack integrity and good character.
