Simple Oil Change and Tire Rotation
I came in at 7:30 AM for an oil change to the Rapid Service lane where no appointment was required. Website indicated it was FAST and worry free. 2 hours later I finally ask what was going on...service guy says it takes at least 45 minutes to just drain the oil and they need an additional 20 minutes...what??? I’ve had many oil changes in my 46 years of driving and have never waited more than an hour... maybe longer if I was having some additional services. Turns out 2 of the 3 techs did not show up to work and there were a couple of cars ahead of me. Why not say that from the get go so that I could have made the decision to come on a different day? I had an appointment at 10:00 that I was late for. So my suggestion would be for you to be transparent about wait time at the very beginning instead of saying things that make it sound like it’s normal: “it takes 45 minutes to just drain the oil” “you needed to come earlier as there were several ahead of you” “we had people with appointments”. On the plus side the people who work their are very nice and polite. The car service area was clean, and the waiting area was great with complimentary coffee and water available and fully stocked vending machines for convenience. Not sure I will return for service, but if I do I definitely will ask at the beginning if their techs showed up for work that day.

Was totally blown off by this service department, had a misfire in my 2017 keep renegade , Didn’t take the time to see what the real problem was , just flashed the computer and said they would have to order a new computer part if that didn’t fix it called them after leaving on Monday to order part , and told me it wouldn’t hurt to continue to drive car . I took to Chris Nikel for a 2nd opinion, not the computer at all , bad coil and if I had continued to drive it , I probably would have ruined the catalytic converter !!! Run far far away from this service department and Dealership

They have had my Jeep for 1 week tomorrow, no loaner, no time frame. Run around on every level. My son's wedding was Saturday, I explained I needed a vehicle to shuttle our out of town guests. They were totally unconcerned and dismissive. So I drove my MIL 2008 Ford fusion with windows that don't work, dented fenders ... thanks Frank for your inconsiderate condescending service. I looked like a real class act with my squealing power steering as mother of the groom. My Jeep is still under warranty ...

Worst dealer I ever bought from. Would never recommend. Would not hold car unless paid in full. After paid for will not return calls. Took almost a full month to get papers to get tag. Also charge a crazy 499 doc fee. Shop elsewhere.

Could be better, but not bad overall
Salesmen are a little too salesman-ey, but they did work hard to meet my needs for a car and a price within my budget. It was a bit of a headache, but I drove away in a car I love with rates and payments that I could afford.

over priced car
they charges u a lot , I bought a jeep compass earlier last year, second hand. the first owner only paid 15,000 , and they charge me 20,000. they told you that their profit is only a few hundred, I believed it until I saw the previous owner's receipt and registration in the car. they marked up and do not want to provide you with any other extra service as well
We have no control over what the previous owner paid, and it's very hard to believe that someone paid $5000 less for a new car versus a used one. It seems most likely that the previous owner leased the car, therefore, a customer only pays a fraction of the new car price. 2015 Ram Service.
Brought my Ram Diesel in for an oil change. Baleigh the service rep was professional and courteous as usual. She pointed out my 3rd brake light was out. And got it replaced. I will continue to use South Point and will tell my friends about the quick and professional service department.
