Service department sucks xxx
I have been trying to get my truck fixed for 2 weeks. Service promises to call with answers but no return calls. I have to physically come talk to Frank who promises to get me an answer on a good will repair from my old dealership in Houston. This is xxxxxxxx service and I am sick of having to chase Franks xxx for answers. I will never buy another Ram if I am treated like this.

Buckle up this is a long one. I had been looking for a certain vehicle for several months. I noticed that one popped up at the dealership so I went in to have a look. Drove great and salesmen was great. To bad this is where the great ended and the suck begins. I was putting a good amount down and had no issue getting financed so I expected to breeze through financing. Nope. Instead the finance guy was condesending and rude. I needed it titled a certain way and I explained it to him. He was not willing to help so I left. The GM of the store calls me 5 minutes after I got home and we discussed things. I went back and worked with a different finance manager that I was asssured could help me. We signed the papers and I was on my way thinking this was just a little snafu. Nope. I get a call from them a month later telling me the financing was not going through. I called them and I called the bank, numberous times I was refered to go back to the other one. So I went back to the GM and told him I wanted to return the car. I was approved for financing by the bank. I was approved by the dealership. I just couldn't get the two of them to work together. Amazingly after 5 minutes again the problem was solved! Imagine that! So more time goes by and I get pulled over for expired temporary plates. I go back to the dealership to find out where my title and check were so I can get it titled. I waited and waited and was assured someone would help me. Nope. Finally got tired of it and left. I am parking the car until they finally get around to sending me the check and title so I can get it registered. I assumed that because it was a business they were trying to make money. Usually you can do this by word of mouth and return customers. Fair warning to all THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU!

These people are a ripoff! Overpriced, not customer friendly, high pressure . They brought a car up to sell me and it was a piece of junk. Then wanted to sell it to me anyway. Rude, arrogant and not professional in any way. Went a block down the roads to Toyota and they were wonderful and professional. Never shop at South Pointe

Service at South Pointe leaves alot to be desired. Towed my 2015 Jeep Cherokee, with only 23,624 miles on it, ro Sth. Pt. On Monday on the 17th to get trans. repaired. After 4 days, 5 phone calls all we could find out is the guy who was going to work on it went on vacation. We were told it had been checked out. It was worked on in the shop. When I came out to South Pointe to check it, I found it in the same spot the tow truck driver left it. The wheels were turned, and they are still in same spot. So they never even moved it. Tired of being LIED TO, we are taking it to some real professionals.
