Frank in the service department is the best, I recommend only dealing with frank he is very knowledgeable and by FAR the most professional and courteous, the younger service guy is rude(every time). There is always a wait even if you schedule but its worth it, and they always get done faster then they estimate for example the first time I left my car I was told 1-2wks it'd be ready. It was done in 3 days.

I scheduled an appointment online and showed up at the appointed time for an oil change. When I went inside to to check in, there were 6 service advisers or others in front of their computers and no one acknowledged my presence for several minutes. When someone finally did they advised me that the wait would be up to 2 hours for the oil change. This was despite the fact that I had booked an online appointment for a specific time and had the vehicle parked in their so-called express lane. I came home and then tried to call back to see about scheduling at a time that was more predictable and convenient. After several attempts the service department never answered the phone. Needless to say I will never do business with this dealership again. I simply went to one of the local oil change facilities in town and was in-and-out in 15 minutes without an appointment.

shady serve department
So i believe in the Dodge brand. i love their trucks. after buying my truck, the check engine light came on 4 months later. they got it in quick. it took 3 weeks to get it back. they (in there words) pretty much rebuilt the engine. i pick it on the way home the light comes back on, the same code. only to find out, the work they did had not fixed my problem. it took another 3 weeks before i heard from . then i take it in, to be told they don't know what is wrong, that have to consult the manufacture Co. the following day i took it to Chris Nickel, where that diagnosed and repaired it in the same day. O2 sensors. all the while still waiting on southpoint to contact me. mean while i get a text from southpoint offering me a free oil change as well as a free tank of gas for a perfect review..dont not bring your vehicle here for service of any kind. all in all this went on for about 8 weeks..
