Horrible place to do business with. I bought a car 2 years ago and everything was smooth, this time around the deal fell through and now I can't seem to get my down payment($10,000) back. According to them only the person that took payment can refund me. Stay away. Adriana was my sales person.

I want to thank Mr. Jonathan For helping me out when I was stranded at the grocery store and helped me out by getting my car started. He was on his way home and he went out of his way to help me out of a bad situation. I can’t thank you enough for being a good person. That’s why I would buy another car at South Houston Nissan they have very nice people who care!

The salesman called 3 times to tell us he had some cars available for us. We made a 45 minutes drive to their store only to find out that they had nothing! “We just sold those cars this morning”,they said. Is that serious? Never again!

The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had!

The last salesman I dealt with when it was time to negotiate, cancelled out any of the good about this dealership. First 2 salesmen and the concierge were friendly, I was told things over the phone that were false and I too had traveled quite a ways to test drive and most likely purchase the vehicle I was interested in. I was told the vehicle would be ready and waiting in front for when my scheduled time I was to arrive and it was still on the advertising racks out by the road. The tires placed on the vehicle were way to big so they rubbed against the springs which didn’t allow the steering wheel to turn as it should. The fender wells were cut out horribly looking and jagged and didn’t match. The loud rubbing noise would happen when trying to make a simple turn into a parking lot or cross street. In negotiations the blatant lies began and the salesman started tacking on cost for preinstalled items such as tint, alarm, rims and tires that were listed as inclusions in the internet ad. I was told to write down an offer and the sales manager would review it. The sales manager came in and blatantly lied about not another vehicle like the one I was interested in any closer than Tennessee. I had already done my research on this vehicle and where others like it were located along with details and prices, and I had the documentation to disprove his lies. He ultimately ending up offering a sale price of over $5K more than the Internet Advertised Price!!!! I left there in complete disgust! Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered and this dealership is still hounding me by way of numerous phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails DAILY trying to get me to come back in. The also repeatedly send links for the same vehicle saying that they’re having a huge sale and every time the vehicle has a different list price, but the price hasn’t decreased, they only inflated it. As if I would ever do business with them after everything they pulled, NO THANKS!!! The lies, scamming, disrespect, shady false advertising business tactics, and harassment was enough the first time!

Saw a great deal online, took a screenshot to remind myself, made the appt, great response..until...right before I took the hour drive for my appt, I noticed the price online had changed from 11k to 18k! Called to inquire and find out which was real before wasting my time. Told the receptionist my story and he acknowledged the issue and someone would call me back right away. Needless to say, no call. Beware! This dealership cannot be trusted!
