Jaime the service representative is a deceitful liar, just make up stuff. She doesn't even know that turbos are standard on Accords. Nor did she bother to go look it up before spewing inaccuracies. Her and Savannah, who ironically works right behind her are in the web of deceit together. Honda hires young, white women with the intent of them looking young and innocent, but do not be fooled both of them are a bunch of hustlers. You will get scammed on the prices for services. Apparently if you call for a price check on parts you will be told one price, but there is another price a list price. This dealerships decides on which price to use without the consumer even being aware, so calling for a price before services is useless. They upsell services you don't even need. They just recommend services without even checking to see if your car needs them doing their so called multi-point inspection. To me if you say inspection it means you are actually looking not just recommending based off of mileage. Makes you wonder if Carlos, his nickname the technician/mechanic is in on the deceit as well. Apparently service jobs are charged by hours, so if they can make up you need a service that takes 5 hours the service department benefits from the upcharge on labor hours.Thang Hoang is the service manager and he is a complete piece of work. He will lie straight to your face until he thinks you have recorded him and his lies. Then he will accuse you of recording him even if you are not. Which I recommend you voice record everyone you have contact with because the story will keep changing. I was quoted 1947 from John in parts for a turbo and labor, then Mike in service after my car was done told me my total was 1953. Jaime, who was my service advisor told me when I was cashing out she got my total to 2425.88?? Now no one could not even explain these charges not Thang nor Jaime. Thang tell me it was labor time but couldn't show me the tracking for the part of when they actually started working on my car. Eventually I got them to honor the price it was supposed to be anyway and that is only because Thang thought he was recorded and he knew he had been caught lying. Avoid Ric/Rob tall white guy in service, he is in on the foolery as well. Tried to assist and asked me why did I speak to anyone else beside Jaime and why did I call for a turbo price before I even had a diagnostic performed on my car. Sir I am grown anyone in service should be able to assist me when Jaime is at lunch and doesn't understand the concept of time and updating me. I am a well informed consumer

Sons of Honda was such a great experience!! They were wonderful to work with and service was excellent. Mike Haywood took great care of taking care of my Honda Civic. He was great to work with, wonderful customer service!!! My car was fixed quickly, as promised. Definetly recommend them!!

I would recommend Sons Honda because of my experience with Carlton Harris, a Salesperson. On my recent visit to Sons Honda I was assisted by Mr Harris who is quite knowledgeable and helped me to make informed decisions. He made me very comfortable in my pursuit. I would definitely recommend Sons Honda due to the great service i have received from Carlton Harris.
