Mike Morales Of DesMoines Ia has taken care of our new car since we brought it in 2019 (Honda Pilot ) We moved to this area in 2018 and had a older Honda Pilot which he took care of us . He was the reason we brought the 2019 Honda . My husband just had our car there Friday 4/15. As usual great service by Mike and the rest of the staff. Thank you for job well done

We researched vehicles online for price and quality. We purchased a pre-owned Honda CRV from Smart Honda in Clive, Iowa. The vehicle was for a family member. Ted L was terrific. Helped us out when unexpected delays occurred on our end and ensuring our family member had no issues. Exceeded our expectations. We own a Honda Pilot now and our previous vehicle was a Honda Pilot. We never had any issues with either vehicle.

Great service, this was my first visit and will definitely be going back for my next oil change. Steve Brant did a fantastic job at explaining the process to me and my service was quick.

The finance department has been nothing but a headache since the beginning. They wouldn’t let me leave without purchasing their plan. They told me a lie directly to my face. Claiming the Wheel and Tire protection was included in my $2,350 extended warranty contract. When I left, I noticed it was an additional $500. I immediately called and attempted to cancel both. It has now been 3 weeks and the communication has been sub par. The finance manager Steve, claimed he “forgot about me.” Now I’ve tried to contact him further, to no avail. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I will be posting reviews on any and everything I can find. The only pleasant part of this entire process was the actual salesman Todd, who has been extremely pleasant, honest, and punctual. I appreciate him very much.

I was traveling through the area and ended up with a flat tire. I was approximately 20 miles from Des Moines. I was able to get the spare on and limp the car into Des Moines. I googled Honda dealers and Smart Honda immediately popped up. I called them on my way and spoke to Reno. Great guy. Super friendly. He told me he would immediately go to work on getting a replacement tire lined up. By the time I arrived he was ready for me and had a tire prepared. They were able to move me in and out pretty quickly. I very much appreciated Reno's focus on customer satisfaction. Job well done!!

My wife and I just moved her from Denver Colorado and were looking for a full size suv, of course the Pilot was in the top of our list. Levi and the team was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this team for any need. I cannot express enough gratitude for Levi, Brenda in Finance and the GM Matt Hoffmeyer. Thank you all for your amazing service and great deal.
