Great service department!! Fixed my rough running engine, changed my oil and filter, put rear-view mirror back on windshield. I’m so happy with all my service trips this time and all previous ones thru the years!!

They never responded to my request for information regarding the 1994 Geo Tracker I was looking into.

Horrible experience. The men that run this place are pure liars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Promised a new key, never received. Immediate oil leak and repairs over $2000 within a month of purchase. Dealership knew the history on this car and sold it on race reviews

AVOID this dealership AT ALL COSTS! They are not truthful and felt very scammed. Promises not upheld and major repairs >$2000 worth after driving it off the lot. Just BEWARE

Place a call to them, phone was finally picked up by John, sales manager. Tried to discuss the vehicle with him. He was very arrogant in his words to me. Then he made a quick statement I did not understand and he hung up on me! I called back and the phone was answered by some other guy, who replied to me, John says the vehicle is not for sale. NEVER WOULD I SUGGEST GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Customer service is terrible!!! I had an appointment to buy a car after waiting a week for them to "fix" it. When I got there, the manager had sold the car right out from under me knowing that I was on my way. Do not plan on the car being there!

Their customer service is terrible!! We test drove a car there that had a check engine light on, it was missing, it had no power, and the oil light came on. They told us that they would make the repairs and we would be called when it was ready. We had to call them a couple of days later. The car was fixed and we were told that we had an appointment the next afternoon to pick it up. We notified the salesman that we were on our way as we had a 40 minute drive. When we got in town the salesman text us to say the manager sold the car right out from under us. He knew we were on our way!! I will never buy a car from them!!

Bought a used vehicle , salesman was Jeff N. He did a great job. Had vehicle up front that I had called about and made the buying experience GREAT . Will definitely get my next vehicle from home. Staff was all very friendly. No pressure.

I Purchased 2019 F250 drove over 500 miles. Best Sales staff and Finance department ive ever experienced. I Highly recommend Smart Ford in Malvern Arkansas

We just had the best time when we visited the store to purchase. Such friendly people, and I just love the General Manager. Its great not to have to go back in forth between managers like some other places. Will definitely be back.
