Very good service and very quick!! They are thorough, kind and helpful!! Thanks for the ease of getting my oil changed on a busy weekday
Fast and Easy
Everyone was very friendly and got my car fixed in a timely manner. I definitely plan on returning in the future for any of my service needs.
Great Customer Service!
Everyone at Sioux City Ford Lincoln was focused on making sure I was satisfied and happy with my service. Check in was quick and when I checked out they told me all about the services they performed on my vehicle. I also really appreciate the quick car wash following my oil change. (One of the reasons I love owning a Lincoln (because I live on gravel roads and rarely have a clean car.) Roxanne
Finally taken care of.
After having my wife's car in and out of the shop for 3 months the car was finally fixed. I had to be the "ugly" customer and give 3 scathing reviews before we finally got a satisfying result. I don't know her name but a woman that works with Walker Carrigan fought hard to just get us a remanufactured transmission from Ford in order to fix our issue and she managed to pull it off. My hat is off to this woman. We are happy that our car is working properly now. Right now I'm still steamed about all we had to go through to get this car fixed. Currently I have no intentions of having any dealings with Sioux City Ford but possibly, in the future, I may change my mind. I feel that Walker and Sam got some pressure from my bad reviews but they both worked hard to get the issue resolved. I feel that they took the heat for shortcomings elsewhere in the dealership. I do have one very major complaint to Ford Motor Company itself. My wife's car is a 2006 Ford Freestyle. It had a bad valve body in the transmission. Why on earth would you stop making a part for a car that is still on the road with 160,000 miles on it and still running strong? That's why I buy Ford vehicles. Not Chevy, Not Dodge, not any Toyotas or Nissans but FORD! Longevity! BUILT FORD TOUGH! Don't stop making parts for vehicles that are built better than anything else on the highways.
Quick and very thorough!!
Sioux City Ford has always taken very good care of me from the "get go". Purchased my wonderful Ford Edge (ordered in December 2011/January 2012) arriving in January 2012; love love love it!!!!! I haven't had many problems and hopefully won't in future, but whenever I go there for whatever needs done --- they are some of the nicest polite people I have ever met and do a wonderful job of doing what needs to be done and get it done right!!! :)

Want to give a shout out to Ann and her team for getting my Pilot car up and running..they made the whole process bearable..in my business when the wheels are not turning you are not making money..I thought the worst of my situation..she assured me they would figure it out good or bad let me know the outcome..my issue on this particular event came down to a blown fuse..I am giving 4 stars only because they did forget to fix the transmission dipstick thingy bobber..but the outstanding service we got made up for that..so with that said Thank you Ann and team and Sioux City Ford..
