F-150 touchscreen problem.
Took F-150 in with touchscreen issues. They did an update and said it was fixed. It was not!! Didn?t even make it home 3 miles away . Seems they didn?t check their work very well.

My buying experience was pleasant, in fact I was very happy and worry free the day I bought this car. I have had it 7 weeks and it has started having serious problems. Called and talked to a few people that said," sorry, we can't help you". I was told when I purchased the car not to worry, we have a great warranty program. In fact, that was the first thing the salesman said as he walked up to me. I was surprised and said, "Even on used vehicles,? Are you sure?" He said, "Oh yes, ma'am, we are so confident in our used vehicles, they come with the warranty as well." Awesome! I was sold! Fast forward to today. Associates have said they will call back and not one person has contacted me. I have emailed the owner of the company and no response. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this company. I am a single Mom and gave all of my savings for the down payment on this car and thought I would not have to worry about it breaking down for at least 12 months. That is what is promised right off the bat as you walk into the dealership. When I called to get help with the vehicle, I was told by the person that tried to sell me the extended warranty, "Sorry, I told you to buy the extended warranty. I'm sure whatever is wrong with it is not covered." Why in the world would I need an extended warranty on a car that only has 34000 miles on it and when the salesman tells me they have an outstanding warranty plan so no worries! I was so happy the day I walked out of this dealership and today...I am frustrated and upset everyday because I am worried every time I get in this car that something else is going to go wrong with it. The security I felt the day I bought it is now nonexistent. They sell the car and the minute you walk out the door, you are on your own. I feel completely lied to. I will never buy from this dealership again and will never recommend it. I will actually tell people that are thinking of buying here not to waste their time.
