Our vehicle needed repairs only 500 miles later...
Purchased a vehicle only to find out the BCM was bad and we needed to replace it. Our mechanic stated that they should of known that the BCM was bad, but for some reason they did not let us know.
Great visit!!
Brian was our salesman and he was very easy to deal with.. Honest and willing to negotiate. Unfortunately we did not but the car from them.
Great experience
We drove 2.5 hours to get a car from this dealership, our experience was great. Nick was great on letting me know things to have done before hand like insurance & down payment. We did our application on line so when we got there it went really fast. I would definitely go back again. Love the car so far.
Purchased a jeep
I felt comfortable working with them. They made you feel welcome in their facility. They were only serious about making the sale if they know you are really interested. They aren't pushy, which I really liked. I've been at dealerships that take forever to make the deal happen, this was a process also, but not extreme.
Nissan Quest
My experience was extremely positive, Zac rocks! Only issue I have was 8+ rate on loan with 800+ credit score, but Bob assured me that was because of the low amount financed
Low pressure sales
Silver Auto was able to answer my questions and provide me pictures without pressure. There website was full of pictures which was especially nice when I live so far away. Nice!
Wheel bearing on my Acadia
I would like to send a big THANK YOU to Chris in the Service Department. We just bought a 2012 ACADIA bought the extended warranty but it did not cover the rear hub bearing because my vehicle is front wheel drive. Chris tried to get them to cover it but they wouldn't. I even called to reason them and they told me that Chris tried they are going to pay for the repair. Silver Auto will get all my repairs because they have staff that stands up the customer. Poor Customer Serice
This place is very poor for customer service. I sent emails on vehicles I was looking at and never received a reply. I called and talked to someone who sold the car I was looking at after I had inquired about it. Also he didn't try to recommend any other cars, even though I said there were a few I was interested in. I guess going home for the day is more important than selling cars???? Go luck if you deal with this company.

Silver Auto is different in a good way
I used the price comparison tool on Cars.com. I saw that Silver Auto had a car that was way under the other dealerships. I was skeptical about going here. I thought something has to be wrong. I was in for a shock. Nothing was wrong. The car was exactly as advertised. The reason for the lower than average price? They don't haggle on price. This is both good and bad. Good cause it is already low enough that you don't feel a need to. Bad that if you wanted to you can't. The cars are already low enough so why waste time trying. Just go in see if you like the car and the price then either buy it or not. It is truly a no pressure environment. Sales staff is friendly enough. Jay did an outstanding job and was very upfront about why the car was priced the way it was. Ron In finance made it super easy for us to sign on the dotted line. Made sure the financing we wanted was exactly what we got. I saw 3 other couples walk out with cars on the same 2 hour visit. So they are doing something right.
