I was shopping for a Chevy suburban with a great price and low miles. Salesman Brian gave me a call and I wasn't disappointed. I got a truck of my liking at a great price. I had a problem with my CD player right after I left the lot. I was told to bring it back. I was able to drop it off. Manager Ron is going to take care of the problem no stress to me. I really appreciate the services and the quality of vehicles they have. My name is Ken Wise and I'm a satisfied customer.

Fixed on price. Short on customer service . Seemed too busy to negotiate or talk price. Abruptly ended the conversation with overview of company policy . Wouldn’t click on them again.

Well, where do i start. I was excited to find a car that I was interested in, being a BMW 550xi M Package. However after doing paperwork, and getting everything squared away, before I could even leave the dealership something suspicious happened. My keys had magically come up missing. So Mike decided to act as if he was looking for them. In actuality , my car was outside smoking, and they were stalling to get me from noticing what was going on with my car. Now on the test drive, everything seemed fine. So after 25-30 minutes of pretending to look for my key, its magically found, and the blame is put on a porter who had left work. I then drive home and am about to park. My car started smoking profusely. I legit for a second thought that i was going to have to call the fire department because thats how bad it was. I was BAMBOOZLED. I took the car to the repair shop and was given a 2k bill for repairs. I was leaking antifreeze from the turbos, the radiator...11 check engine light code faults. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! REALLY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! STEER CLEAR! I even called to speak with my salesman and the finance manager...I WAS NEVER GIVEN A CALL BACK. I will make sure this gets out. EVER HEARD OF MATILDA? THIS IS HER DADS COMPANY!

Purchased a Buick Lacrosse 3 weeks ago. I took the car in after a week and it was in the shop for a week and repairs cost $4k. Third week and it's back in the shop with $2.5k repairs needed. I paid $8.5k for the car. I am trading it in and getting $4k trade in value. Lost my a$$ on this. Lesson learned.

Loved our experience! And we saved over $2500 from dealer price for exact same Honda. Except Silver Auto Honda had 12000 fewer miles. Salesman awesome.

I went in and met Nick who presented himself as a Christian and a good man (and I do not hold anything against him); however, the dealership as a whole is a different story. They showed us several vehicles. One of the vehicle could not start, one needed to be charged up in the parking lot and the rest seemed okay. For some reason I wanted to see the best in them, so we gave them a shot and purchased one of their vehicles. It turned out to be a mistake. Within 500 miles, one of the control modules went out, then the alternator and then it stated to leak oil and we had to have that fixed as well. They are suppose to inspect these vehicles, but the only thing I believe they do is patch them up to look nice and they could care less how they really run. This dealership has reasons for why they can sell their vehicles at a reasonable price, well, the one reason they did not put on the wall was (in our case) junk!

Our mechanic said our car should have never been put on a lot it had so much wrong with it. It was flat dangerous. They put us in that vehicle knowing we had kids and special needs kids. They knowingly scammed us. They promised to fix the vehicle but asked us to wait until they were not so busy. We tried several times and they gave us excuses every time. Now they are playing the why did you wait so long to contact us game. They treat like you are an idiot when they talk to you. We have had to put several thousand into our car in less then a year not including what they promised to fix.
