Poor communication on the part of the saleslady, Hannah. She never mentioned that the WRONG vehicle had been delivered to Shottenkirk. This led me to believe that my truck was to be delivered to me on Tuesday, then Thursday. Poor customer service! Fortunately, Derrick cleared things up for me. Kudos to him.

Salesman wouldn’t listen to wants and needs, recon center was rude, poor communication, terrible detail department, didn’t have things fixed that were in deal upon delivery, when getting fixed recon center got nasty grime all over freshly washed truck I had to detail it personally due to their detail dept lack of cleanliness all around terrible place to purchase a rig

Was the worst purchase experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ve bought, sold and traded multiple vehicles from y’all and this was the last time. I will even take warranty work and service elsewhere from now on. I would love to talk to a manager that cares about their customers retuning so I could explain my side of the story to them. See how they would feel about my experience between sales, recon and the disconnect with getting things right the first time

I appreciated working with the gentleman who sold us the car, but wished (with my credit rating) that I had gotten a better deal on the financing. Also, there hasn't been any follow-up whatsoever. That's disappointing.

I was told that I needed a new battery. I declined to have it replaced. I went to Auto Zone today and they checked the battery and it read out, "100% charged , good battery." They sold this battery to me 1 1/2 years ago. Why was it suggested to me that I needed a new battery? This was my first visit to Shottenkirk and I want to be able to trust your service dept. when I bring my car in for maintenance and/or repair. Thank you. You want me to say either YES or NO if I would recommend this service center to others. I will say yes because the oil change was fine.

Was not given the price of my truck until it was time to sign the contract. Salesman said he didn’t know the price of the truck only the sales manager and I wouldn’t know until signing paperwork. Seemed very sketchy to me.

The Process of getting the car was nice and simple it was the the paper work that took a little bit of time and then finding out I filled out the wrong paper work for the car I got. But overall they found me a Raw 4 in 2 weeks rather than other dealerships saying 4-6 months.
