Engine noise like bird chirpping
2012 Cruz 24,500 miles sounded like Bird chirp'n inside top of engine. Repair tech found #3 plug loose, removed and reinstalled to correct torque ..... I had to pay, why ??? Service says plugs are wear item and not covered by 6 year 100K mile power train warranty ????. Spark plug OK, did not need to be replaced, just installed like it should have been when the engine was assembled ... dah. !!!!! No different than an engine compartment noise because loose engine mount or alternator loose - not installed correctly - and have to tighten fasteners ??

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with the selection, financing and purchase of the vehicle. Bill Serra was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I am completely impressed with Serra and it's personnel. From the acquisition, service, and all of the between, Serrra exceeds my expecations of how business is supposed to operate. I cant tell you enough of how your customer service, facilities, and overall operation drives the standard of where everyone should be. Great Job!!!! People pay attention...keep striving and achieving these results. I had leased a new Cadillac in 2012 from another dealer, but recently leased a Buick Regal from Serra. My experience has been 100% more positive than owning a Cadillac with another dealer versus having a Buick from Serra. You guys are awesome and truly care about your customers....
The service was great. It didn't take long to fix my problem, I sat in a comfortable lounge and had a coffee and donut.

My wife and I both are so glad that we selected your dealership to buy our new Cadillac. I am a retiree from General Motors and in my lifetime I've probably purchased at least 40 cars throughout the year's while I worked for GM. In those years, I have never experienced a group of people connected with a dealership that I could recommend without a doubt that has the highest standard of quality and commitment in treating their customers, as you all do. I honestly couldn't recommend or suggest anything else that would improve your customers experience with Serra. All I can say is keep up the good work!!
Great service and very friendly staff
Everything was wonderful except after 1/1/2 hrs and only one other person in the waiting room. I went to the desk to check and they said they had called me. I never left my seat and heard every name but mine. maybe the clerical staff could do a better job.
