I was greeted at the garage promptly. All the work was performed on time and was ready for pickup when I returned.

They called to say that a car I was looking for was available so I went over there and when I arrived that said that it was already sold. The salesperson was bussy with something elese and they didn't even told us to have a seat or something similar, thaty made us wait outside her office so we were waiting in the showroom. Very unprofessional and the worst client service that I have had. I'll take my money somewhere else. (Paying cash by the way)

Serra, you rock! My salesman and others were so polite and helpful. Jeff Prall knocked himself out to get me the best lease and make sure I was comfortable and happy. I have leased and purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and I have never been treated so well as I have at Serra. This was my second lease from Serra, and I will definitely return for a third.

I was at the dealership for a service issue. I needed to speak to sales because my lease was coming due May 1st. I just was looking for information on how the procedure for turn in worked with Kia. Before I knew it, I was getting a new lease the same day. Courtney was so helpful and Fern handled all the paperwork immediately.

Chris D was great to work with! I didn't expect to buy a car that night but I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and do it. I would definitely recommend Chris and Serra to anyone. I even have to compliment whoever set up my new car's seat and mirrors for when I picked it up. It was already set and I didn't have to mess with the seat or mirrors before I drove it off the lot. I thought that was a thoughtful touch!
