I was very much pleased with the convenient on-line scheduling of service, and frequent reminders as the appointment date approached. Once there, the prompt courteous service, precise cost quote and then rapid completion of the repairs were very much appreciated. Finally, it was a pleasant surprise to have a personal follow up call, inquiring about my satisfactions with the service rendered. All-in-all it was a very positive experience.

Was slightly disappointed that the admonitory didn’t have all the necessary paperwork ready the day I was to pick up my vehicle. I was otherwise pleased with my experience.

Would like to have had more discussion regarding the recall in an existing issue I had that I thought was related to the vehicle. The recall involved in replacement of an airbag alarm module and I had an alert message indicating a problem with airbags and would’ve thought the tuitions were related that was not discussed

Sorry for any confusion but the current air bag recall involves replacement of the drivers air bag only.If your car has an SRS message that is still on it would require additional diagnostic work.Unfortunately this is not covered under the recall. Having our Volvos serviced at Secor is always a 'frictionless' experience. Communications are on point. The back of the house (the mechanics) have their 'stuff' together. We always feel that our cars are worry free for the next X-thousands of miles.

We have been going to Secor for 30+ years. It is a 70 mile drive each way, and we pass at least three other Volvo dealers on the way. We trust and appreciate all the people we interact with here from the Owner on down through the Sales, Finance and Service staffs. Every car dealer says they have their customers interest at heart. Deeds not words count. We have had many instances in which their integrity and knowledge have been demonstrated.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS PARTICULARLY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR SITUATION. ALTHOUGH OUR SERVICE APPOINTMENT WAS STILL A WEEK AND A HALF IN THE FUTURE, ERIC ALLOWED US TO BRING OUR VOLVO IN EARLY ON THE OFT CHANCE THAT THERE MIGHT BE A CANCELLATION. THERE WAS. OUR VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND READY TO DRIVE THE NEXT MORNING. THANKS.
