They fixed my break issues which was great and covered under warranty. However while they had my vehicle I asked for a tire rotation and oil change. Neither was performed even though I paid for it to be done.
The service team is top shelf.
The service team is top shelf. Customer first approach is how they do things. Won me over as a customer. Tammy, Lauren, Andy, Anna and the shuffle driver (can’t remember his name) we’re the best I have ever experienced. WELL DONE.

My last 2 service appointments were not satisfactory. Transmission fluid flush and vehicle needed to be returned due to low fluid level and new front brakes and rotors and vehicle needed to be returned because of squeaking which is still not rectified
I was going camping and when i went to start my truck,
I was going camping and when i went to start my truck, 2018 silverado, the starter wouldn’t work. My $650 camping reservation was paid and non refundable. Several dealerships said they couldn’t help me. I spoke to Tammy in your service department and although they were very busy, she got me in, the next morning. She kept in touch with me by text and video chat (impressive). My truck was fixed in 2hours. What service. You will see me in for all my service from now on. Thank you very much.

I am very dissatisfied with service from Scranton. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and had to wait 5.5 hours to get work done, but it was never completed. The outer front tires were bald because apparently the front was way out of alignment. I had to pay for alignment despite the fact that i just recently bought this vehicle. The dealer informed me that these tires were discontinued. I went to Town Fair Tire to get them, and they cost me $600. Regarding the driver's seat, the service department did not fix the problem i was complaining about. They ordered a new seat. They were not sure if the warranty covers this seat, or if i have to pay for it. In the meantime I'm still waiting for the seat to come in. Again, no one told me this service call would take 5.5 hrs. Frustrating!
