Painless experience
I would recommend Scotti's auto they made my experience so painless. Jack took his time to go over the features in my car very helpful. Finances was also painless Steve took his time to explain everything that I was financing. Everything was so quick I went home in my new Mercedes Benz. Car is in excellent condition
Got a better car for a good price.
I needed a new car and have known of Scotti's reputation with years of "Best of" awards. I met John, my sales representative who exceeded my expectations. Friendly, informative, followed through but never any pressure. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Lexus CT200h and am loving it. The rest of the staff at Scotti's were equally flexible with time and got financing quickly. You should check them out.

Unethical, untrustworthy BE CAREFUL.
Unethical, untrustworthy BE CAREFUL. My experience not the best and I would caution other buyers. I was buying a car for my nanny paying cash. Spoke to a salesperson Steve and I told him I'll be on the way Steve is not working that day so pass me over to Mike. They said they would hold the vehicle. I texted Steve every couple hours prior to me showing up. 4 text messages verifying I was coming. When I arrived Mike gave us the keys and then they said I'm sorry but somebody else is here to drive the car so I went to talk to the manager Mark. He explained to me that this other group also we're on the way and that Mike called me to see if I was still coming, which he did not. I showed mark my phone history and Mike did not call call me. Then Mark got on the phone with Mike and asked for the call log showing that he called me which Mike could not provide. The lesson for me was I should have called Mike my self vs Steve. Mark said I'm sorry but this is the policy we need to let the other buyers choose first, they were financing so there was a chance that they might not buy the vehicle. I said OK, they asked I hang around for a little while for 30 minutes to see if they qualify. I waited an hour they finally texted and said it's going to go through with the other buyer so I left back to my home, (2hr drive). As I'm on the way home they called and said the other buyer's financing fell through so we're going to give you a chance to buy it. I said yes I can come back up there tomorrow and they said you'll need to sign a DocuSign and give a non-refundable deposit. I said I'm happy to give a deposit but I'm coming up there tomorrow and I have not test drove the car so I don't want to give a $500 non-refundable deposit. I said given the circumstance with everything can you make an exception? Mark said NO it needs to be a non Refundable deposit. The fact is they had multiple buyers backed up for this they could have easily sold it if my test drive did not pass. As an owner of 3 businesses myself I can appreciate the quality of good service and I can also appreciate when a business shows their true colors because in the end its does save my time and others that might read these or from word of mouth.
2014 Jeep Rubicon
My experience at Scotti's Auto Sales was very good. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Rubicon and I love it! My salesman Steve was very helpful and also gave my boyfriend and I some space to throughly look through the jeep. Which some salesman do not do.. The staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely use them again, for a future purchase.

I visited Scotti’s and was greeted by Paul who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. After driving the vehicle and working the numbers a bit we came to an agreement. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried. I came back the following day with my trade in and Paul made the process super easy. Excellent car and excellent service by Paul.

If you want y to o see it, feel it test drive it no matter the price tag, they are there to help you. Give you the keys and let you go. I went near closing and still test drove and sat in every car I wanted to. Jack and Steve stayed past hours to get our deal done. I would recommend them anytime to anyone. And I will drive back from Georgia to Sarasota to buy again when I’m ready to trade my Maserati.
Great service and availability of premium autos
