Roy Angus provided excellent customer service. 5 Stars. Service staff could not locate my keys at checkout but Roy stepped in and tracked them down.

I was impressed with the friendliness and service that Adam provided. He could not have been more courteous, attentive and helpful. Plus, I understand that he was relatively new at Scott Clark Toyota. Good job Adam.

Professional staff and good shuttle service! My car was in for a NC inspection and they did it in a timely manner!

I had to become irate to get the service department to respond to my complaint after waiting 4.5 hours and watching my car not move from its original space.

I was not impressed. 3 hours to get in and out for an oil change, outrageous. Then the plastic piece around the bottom of the driver's side door got broken. So now I have to come back to get that replaced. Then I said that the least they ( Scott Clark )could do is pay for the oil change. No, I was told, Scott Clark was going to pay for the plastic piece that was broken, and it was already broken. What ball's, they call me a lier and they make me wait over 3 1/2 hour ( 2.00pm apt and left at 5 30pm ) with a broken seat and $72 something for an oil change. PLUS I have to return to get the seat fixed so this is not over yet....
