The dealership was clean , organized and very customer oriented. When I met my salesman , Chase Bond, I was further impressed . This young man from Alabama (according To his name tag, certain exemplified what we hear of “ southern charm”. He was polite , patient and very engage about our options as we compared several vehicles. I will Certainly return to do business with this Professional young man from Alabama . Thank you Chase Bond. For our positive experience And Schumacher for having great sales people.

To begin with the salesman over promised and under delivered. With a good dose of BS thrown in. The service literally is the worst I have ever experienced. What should have been a standard, routine service turned into an additional lost day for me. The service technician failed to add the proper fluid to my vehicle and worse than that I was forced to buy my own fluid for the vehicle and fill it my self. This was on the very "first" scheduled maintenance, the very first. I have dealt with both locations of this dealership and they both flunk.

Worst Service Department (ANYWHERE)

Let me tell you a story about Schumacher, I have purchased several vehicles from them over the years. Their service depart 100% lied and tried to cheat me! The service manager there is a complete crook. I took my 75k truck in for a noise in the front end. They told me, “drop it off, we will get you a rental” I did that. Three days later I called them for an update, they said “There has to be something INTERNAL with the differential, we will have to take it apart”. Three more days later I called them and they said GM was not covering this warranty for neglect. I asked how is this neglect? They explained it was due to the differential mounts being broken. This is something they would have been able to see in a standard visual inspection! They LIED, I spoke with GM and the extended warranty company they recommended I purchase and I did. Both GM and Ally said “We may be able to get this overturned but we need information from Schumacher”, they simply never replied and allowed it to go on for days. Finally they called me and said “Since this is not under warranty we aren't paying for the rental after today”. I of course returned the rental and drove my truck out of there and took it to another dealer. Here we are 90 days later, they have not paid for the rental, they ordered, they told me when and where to pick up and when to return, they lied to GM, they failed to respond, and now they are saying it’s on me to resolve. This dealership has lost its way, their service department has fallen to the level of a common criminal. What they have done, and continue to do to me is nothing short of criminal.

I was referred by a friend to Chris Silva at Schumacher. From the instant he received my contact information, his communication and availability where impeccable. He was tireless in finding me the right vehicle under what everyone knows are challenging circumstances! The entire team made purchasing the car remotely an effortless task. When we met, he could not have been more personable and walked me through the vehicle with wonderful patience. Chris represented himself and the Schumacher brand exceptionally well. I will need another car soon. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Chris!

The dealership seemed decent, but upon arrival I was assigned Chase Bond as my car salesman and they lost my business as a result I had a couple of questions about the new Buicks, and this man talked down to me and assured me my questions weren't valid! I'm almost 70 years old, and this is easily my worst experience with any salesman ever regardless of what they're selling. Somebody needs to manage this man's undeserved ego before he drives away every "older" prospect with a question or two. Sorry Schumacher, I know Buick is trying to reinvent their brand, but this overly aggressive and demeaning salesperson ruined any opportunity for a deal.
