Schomp Subaru

Schomp didn't have any dealer fees or surprise charges for this car - I paid MSRP. I spent several hours here declining service agreements, etc. There was at least one attempt to process a credit report after I clarified that I wouldn't consent to it and I could hear the disappointment from a finance member admitting to my sales rep that my outside financing would be accepted. Nothing came up that wouldn't be expected of a standard sales process policy and, ultimately, they honored my requests. Adonis was a great support. He was very professional and communicative, in addition to very patient with my many questions as a first time new car buyer. He brought me down off the fence, so to speak, by going the extra mile to accommodate me. I would never want to sell me a car but he did.

Good communicators. Easy to work with. Not high pressure on extras. The only thing I wish the whole car industry would adopt is a total online contracting and payment so pick up day isn’t several hours long.

Alejandro was amazing to work with during the 3-month time frame it took to custom order my car, and have it delivered. On pick-up day, everyone was so accommodating and flexible and made the buying process so easy. I can’t stress enough how much i appreciated the “up front, full disclosure” approach that this dealership takes with its customers. There were no surprise fees, no pressure to buy anything extra that i didn’t want. Can’t recommend this dealership enough! They’ve been so great since day one.

Eric Zierk made what we normally try to avoid, going to a dealer, a really great experience. Absolutely no pressure, switcheroos, or anything else. Made sure everything was taken care of and introduced us to the Dave, who will walk us through our new Outback Touring XT to show us how everything works. A comforting thought given all the bells and whistles these new cars have.
