This is the third car I have bought from Schomp. Best sales experiences ever! The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and provide a stellar level of service every time!
Alexis was the most dismissive and disrespectful service
Alexis was the most dismissive and disrespectful service rep I have dealt with, well at least since the last time I went to Schomp. I was a walk-in for service and Alexis did nothing but tell me she didn't have time, essentially telling me I wasted my time coming in. Nevermind that I had called ahead to make sure it was OK. When I told her this she went into a "I don't know if I want to deal with you" rant and repeatedly said she "wasn't in the mood", yet I was supposed to be in the mood for her attitude? This is the short version so I'll end it with the fact that the service and recall did get done and that the whole thing would have been quick and easy if Alexis just simply performed basic customer service instead of spending 10x the time and energy complaining. I did speak with the manager Bob Concie later that day and he did a fair job at customer service stating he appreciated my experience and feedback. But since this is the second time in a row I have had a similar experience here, it is clearly a systemic problem.
