They outright lie about the damage done to cars. Stay far, far away from this dealership. They flat out lied to me and I caught them in the lie and then they ghosted. Truly disgusting.

Was contacted promptly after my inquiry. Place was clean and well organized. My sales rep answered all my questions and put me in the vehicle I wanted at the payment I could afford. Would definitely recommend!

Do not buy a car from them. Honestly they should not be in business. From the beginning to the end the process to buy was annoying. I bought a 2017 Jaguar F type from them for 62000 dollars with 7000 down payment and not even a month later and I have already spent more than 3000 in repairs. Joseph the sales person and sometimes manager is super unprofessional. I came in to get the car that was showed online well I should up the car doesn’t have the spoiler on it so fasle advertisement. We test drive the car and the AC doesn’t work and I hear rattling. Joseph tells me to buy the car and it’s under warranty so take it to Jaguar to have them fix the AC and that the rattling was just the passenger seat touching the frame cause of it being a coupe. I told them have it fixed by Jaguar. So I ask to leave my deposit and he says they do not take debit but then takes 500 in debit. So they take it to Jaguar to fix the AC they say and they put the wing back on. I buy the car and drive it home 2 hours away on a military as I am in a remote location that is a training post. I literally did not make it home before serious grinding noises happen. I call Joseph and ask me to bring the car back to his mechanic but how can I do that when it’s not safe to drive. So car sits for a day and I come out to start it next day and it’s completely dead. So I buy a new battery. Cost 200 dollars. I have Midas look at the car and eventually it ends up at Jaguar. Jaguar says the transmission line was crushed from an accident and the AC was overcharged and some other wiring is wrong. 2900 dollars later and SC motors Joseph tells me they will not cover the cost from Jaguar because their mechanic would be cheaper and that I didn’t let them know Jaguar was servicing the car but I have all the call logs of me contacting them telling the all this. They are the worst type of people to deal with I repeat do not buy from them Mr. Sima Shafiee should be ashame of himself. I will be filing a lawsuit and reporting them the consumer department but they should not be in business. I suggest everyone with these issues do the same.

Bad service, add $1000 'dealer fee' ontop of price

Very bad experience from this place, they just add $1000 for nothing on top of the price and call it dealer fees... lol... Saleman want to make sure you agree with the sticker price plus $1000 fee before letting you test drive...

So I had been to SC Motors previously when I wanted to begin looking for a new car after mine had been totaled in a car wreck. I went and was helped by Carlos, he was very customer service oriented. He never complained about all my questions or even that I had my grandchild with me running around. Sad to say that time I did not make a purchase, I decided to wait, nothing grabbed me. So, recently our 2nd SUV started to give us trouble so I decided to start to look again. Low and behold Carlos the same agent was there to help. I remembered their kindness, patience and understanding. All were super friendly as well. Long story short I went in looking at one car and came out with one that I truly desired in my heart. With a great deal. They even served us well after closing to ensure we got a good deal. I thank God for Carlos and SC Motors for making the buying process easier. Oh, let me not forget to mention they got me a better deal than the pre-qualified deal I came in with originally. Look at God.😇👏👏💃💃👏😇
