One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. They mark their prices $5k lower online and then jack it up when you call to inquire. OVERPRICED. Sales associate and manager don’t understand how to properly speak to customers and they were very rude.

This place is a joke if you decide to get a car here, DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM HERE, MARIO, FRANK, MARLON! These people will scam you and add all these "add ons" my girlfriend bought a car from here and they said everything was optional, and THEY SCAMMED US!! They'll say these additional services are not required, but they'll sneakily add it! LMAO don't trust these people! They'll introduce the "tracker service" Incase your car gets stolen, or the "Leather and paint protection" The price of the cars they advertise is the the not what you'll be paying! You'll be required to get these services in order to get the car. We couldn't return the car because we didn't buy the optional "$500" return contract, even though their website states "3 day return no questions asked" CHECK OUT THE OPTIONAL SERVICES ON THE CONTRACT!!
Scam stay away tried to purchase a camry that was advertised for $15900 cash they came out with a out the door purchase price of $27000 ridiculous $4000 for extended warranty $3000 for an alarm system that was a standard option for camry and Toyota app $900 in miscellaneous fees and some other fee of $300 stay away and the employees don’t wear a mask

Honestly, I don't think I will ever forgive myself for doing business with such a xxxxty company. They do not deserve your hard earned dollars. Amongst the chaos of this pandemic, they had the nerve to scam people during a time when people were already so vulnerable. The car was listed for $19k~ and I walked out owing $25k, not knowing they had scammed me into signing papers although verbally I did not agree to ANY of the additional services they were offering and repeatedly DENIED their services. I was in that sales office for more than 5 hours, confirming we were on the same page. I DID NOT WANT ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Within 2 hours of purchasing the vehicle, I called them back to return it. Their website shows 3 day guarantee no questions asked and when I brought this up they made up some xxxxxxxx lie. Unfortunately for them, they will never hear the end of it from me until their business is shut down. Because of the surprise additional services they decided to add, now they get to see me every time I come in to get my car detailed. Have fun with that. But I'd like to dedicate this part of my review to two men who should be ashamed of themselves. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Frank and Mario, Frank is the manager and Mario is one of the car salesmen, both culprits behind this whole scam. Before the deal was made, he told me "My father would be so ashamed of me if I ever scammed a military member." Haha. Jokes on me, I guess.
Bait and Switch RIP OFF!!
Don't buy a car here they will add un-necessary fees to the price of the car, and then take it back and refuse to give you back your down payment.
They need to close this place down!
Was interested in a vehicle and asked to be contacted online. They took 48 hrs to contact me. When they did, I had a horrible human being named Mario contact me and be very rude and dismiss any questions I had about the price, saying that he wouldn't answer or negotiate at all unless I came in. I mentioned that I didnt feel comfortable coming in because of Covid and I would only do so if we had a deal in place. He then lied to me and said the car had already been sold. The car has been sitting on the lot since May and it coincidentally gets sold the moment I inquire about it. I call the next day and ask if the vehicle is still available and another salesman said yes. This is a horrible dealership and needs to be closed down! STAY AWAY!
Classic Bait and Switch Trick!
I called on a particular car, gave the stock number and was told it was still available. I then drove 70 miles, arrived 2 hours later and was then told "That car has been sold but we have others you may like." Two days later, the car that was sold is still on Cars.com and the Dealer's website.
No customer service
Even in during Covid, this dealership refuses to even entertain the notion of negotiating and hashing out a deal online. They said they would only do so if I came in. Horrible dealer who doesnt care about the safety of customers.

This review is primarily for the guy who was managing on Saturday night. My Salesperson Jose refused to tell me his name when I asked and would not provide me with a business card. The manager handed me a business card with the name of Mark and told me he was the other manager....He was unbelievably unprofessional in every way. Jose sent me an email stating that he would match or beat my written trade in quote and that’s literally all they had to do to earn my business. It was an hour and a half drive so I wanted to make sure I had it in writing, I thought I would be good but boy was I wrong. As soon as I got there the manager almost seemed disappointed that I was pre approved through my credit union and would not be financing through them. We were the only customers at the dealership from start to finish there was about 6 employees working. It took them 2 hours just to get a number on my car. The manager tried selling me the car for $1,000 more then what they had it listed online for. He told Jose he didn’t care if I walked. They lowballed me and did not do what they assured me they were going to do. The manager told Jose that he didn’t care if I left. My time was wasted , they lied.... typical. Unfortunately dealerships like these are solely in business to take advantage of people with poor credit. No matter how many TERRIBLE reviews people like me leave it won’t matter. “Committed to excellence in customer service” is what is written on the top of their dealership. What a joke.
2019 Dodge Challenger R/T
Went in to buy a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T and was immediately approached by Anne. She is fantastic!!! No amount of gratitude can be expressed!!! She did everything she could do to make sure I walked out with that car and she did!!! Frank the the finance manager your awesome!!! All the staff was great and friendly and kept us entertained for the 7 hours we were there while frank and Anne made it happen... awesome place to purchase a vehicle.
