Worst dealership. Offer true car price but when you go all the way out there, they will not honor it and acts like they’re not at fault. Condescending, arrogant sales manager.

AVOID SEVICE DEPARTMENT -- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I would give it no stars if I could. Horrible service experience. Might seem convenient, but there are so many reasons to avoid having your car serviced at this location. 1. When I arrived at a scheduled appointment they told me I needed to wait for my assigned service person to arrive at work LATE. Clearly they didn't think my time was important. 2. When I picked up my car they had done something to a seal. What was most disturbing was how quickly they denied touching it all. They had no problem questioning my integrity when I told them what it looked like when I dropped it off. Danny Garcia who is according to him "in charge" was rude and dismissive. There was no way he was wrong about anything or that I could have been telling the truth. Very frustrating and disturbing. He is insensitive and reverts to behavior that is aggressive. I would NEVER want to deal with him again. Anyone who trusts him to run his organization doesn't care about their customers. 3. Communication was always slower than promised and I had to pursue the service person to get the information that I needed more often than he actually did what he said he would do. 4. Service visit took longer than was promised and he didn't even have the decency to call as I requested to give me a heads up so I could plan around their missed deadline. 5. They didn't check to see if the major issue I brought it in for was under warranty. They called me and told me it would be around $700. I had to bring up the warranty and then it took him a half a day to get back to me telling me it was covered. If I hadn't asked I would have been out a lot of money. 6. This was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end. Not timely, not friendly, not helpful, not willing to take responsibility for their actions, not professional, not worried about the customer at all.

Watch out these guys are crooks, no integrity. After I got them a bank check they raise the price and wouldn’t honor the offer the texted me stating the out of door price.

Got a pretty good deal on my certified pre-owned 328i. The salesperson was nice, and the manager was very straight up and honest during the purchase. I was expecting a battle, but overall, it turned out to be a positive experience.

My recent service experience at Santa Monica BMW far exceeded my expectations. From the minute I arrived I was greeted and treated with friendly and caring staff. My service rep, Cesar Pleitez, was outstanding plus. He kept me informed about the progress of my service every step of the way. Fuel system problems not been properly road tested

Unfortunately, the problem with the fuel injector system was not corrected and my car's warning system was triggered the minute I got on the freeway. I drove to the BMW service center in Palm Springs which is where the car is currently getting the repairs to the fuel system that were needed. I was warned not to attempt to drive the car as the system malfunction was too dangerous to risk driving back to Los Angeles.

I brought my car in at 9:15 a.m. and was told that it would take about 2 hours to do the work needed. Happily, the work was done - and the car washed, waxed looking like brand new - 1/2 hour earlier! Chris Meyers and his crew are the best. I would highly recommend the service dept in Santa Monica.
