Phoney phone price quotes and vanishing salesman.

I negotiated a price over the phone with a car dealer at Sansone who identified himself as Mr. Brown on a brand new Hyundai Elantra. I drove from Staten Island only to find that both that price and Mr. Brown both mysteriously disappeared. After negotiating for 2 hours with another salesman for the Hyundai Elantra. They agreed to sell me one 2 hundred more than quoted on the phone provided I take a green colored Elantra that they were trying to unload in their lot. Called Hyundai in Staten Island and got a new Hyundai Elantra at the original figure given to me by Mr. Brown in the color I wanted. I would never ever waste my time considering buying a car from them or even recommending them!

Vehicle was listed on CARFAX and CarGurus site. I called and confirmed vehicle was there. Angelique set me up with a salesman I said I would be there in an hour. Arrived at dealer before. They didn’t seem to enthusiastic. The manager Louis didn’t know I was coming he set me up with Jorge who after 30 mins later came back and the Louis tells me it’s at Hyundai and someone is looking at it. He also said AC doesn’t work. Which was not in both adds online. He wouldn’t even show me the jeep. Do not go to this dealership. Horrible experience.

The price listed online are not the actual price. When you go there they tack on another 8k for “fees”

Horrid- stay away

Purchased a pre-owned Hyundai from them and paid them to order the plates. Six week later not only have no plates arrived but they have totally ghosted us. We don’t even know if they ever ORDERED the plates because they wont talk to us. Won’t return emails calls, nothing. Voicemail boxes are all full. Emails are ignored. We have been nothing but pleasant and so I can only surmise that since they already have our money they have no interest in spending time dealing with us when they can be spending that same time selling a car to another customer. I have never had such a negative car buying experience. Avoid these guys or at the very least dont let them take care of registering your vehicle.

Hi I went to the dealership to buy a new 2021 Dodge Charger GT the service was really bad I made an appointment with Luis one of the internet sales person on 2:00PM I made it 1:45 PM but I didn't see him then one of the sales associate ask me what do you looking for so I told him I am coming from pa I am looking for Dodge charger he never to me sit down or what is the price range he was really rude I never saw a dealership in my life before I drove almost 65 miles it took me 1Hour 20 minutes he said the price is fixed nothing gonna change there is nobody was on the Sansone Rt 1 Auto Mall dealership for Dodge when i was there. So I definitely never recommend this dealership to anyone please don't waste to your time going there

No room for negotiation and trade in value provided online was way more than what was offered in the showroom... by a lot! Once we declined their price, the salesman literally got up and walked away and left our family just sitting at the desk. Once they know that you won't succumb to their price, they lose all manners. What a waste of time.

Leasing my new Ram Truck was a pleasant experience. My salesman was great. Just pray your new car never breaks down because they have the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and Dodge corporate. Rude, slow and really don't care about their customers once they get your money from the sale. STAY AWAY or you will regret it !!!!

Worst Jeep Dealership.

These people do not keep their word. Worst sales manager at Jeep dealership. My first visit there and worst experience. I couldn’t even believe how they backed out of a deal if you don’t purchase their certified used car warranty. They forced us to buy warranty and when we didn’t they said someone else is buying the car so you might not get it.

Mazda CX-9 owner

Went in to price the CX-9. We usually use a car broker because we do not want to deal with the hassle of the back-and-forth with me dealer and financer. We worked with Omar and he was terrific and understood what our price point was made the negotiation process painless.

Keeping it short: They gave me a hard time with my Wheel protection warranty. Andre tried to point to things in the brochure that had nothing to do with my issue. After 2 hrs, they finally agree to change the wheel. However, it needed to be ordered. Saturday, they said. Saturday turn to Monday. Monday, they said they had the tire they're waiting on the sensor. Mind you I'm driving around on a donut since Friday. After speaking to a higher-up again. They allow me to bring my car to at least put the wheel on. So, didn’t have to continue driving around with a donut. Friday, they called for me to bring my vehicle in to have the sensor put on. However, they refuse to do the wheel alignment. When I was told on Monday that they would by Nastali in Sales. So, I contacted Sansone President, who gave me an A rating managerial response that would work on most. However, I had already made up my mind I would never do any business or service there again. I went to pick up my car, they did do the wheel. But Andre who I guess ego was hurt, felt the need to tell me. That this was last goodwill (Note: Never had a good will from them and I had coverage) I would be receiving. blah blah. I laugh internally and wanted to give him a piece of my mind. However, I just gave him a look cause if only he knew. Plus Sansone President could have told him that. I really don't care because I wasn't coming back there anyway. However, if the president didn't tell him that he definitely needs some coaching. Because any good the President may have done just got thrown out the window. They're a total Joke.
