Will never use Victor again

Terrible communication, had an appointment @ 7am, my car was at the service DEPT til close.. I’m still experiencing one of the issues I bought the car in for.. Victor does not communicate, when & questioned why it was taking so long he referred my to the manager

Not completely honest

Had my car in 3 times in a month for same issue. Said could not find anything wrong until the check engine light came on. By the time 3rd visit price tag was up to almost 4500.00 for new transmission. Which I feel could have been avoided after the 1st. Car is still doing some of the same things after replaced transmission. I called Sevier and they said I had to wait 1 to 2 thousand miles to get to go away. Hmm after 4500 dollars I would think it would work fine. I am going to get second opinion. I just find it funny when given a price quote starting at 2000 to 4000 dollars the repair cost the highest quote. Never go there again. FYI if say the codes came up on machine you should make sure that it is on work order.

Check engine light always comes on after service at this location only and never at my regular dealership I use for service. Always hounded to trade in vehicle

Know what you want. Research the options and pricing. Stand firm but have a little give & take. Car shopping is probably at the top of my least favorite things to do ever but Oscar was Great! I would diffantly go back if needed. We bought our forever truck for now & in a few years to pull a fifth wheel. Happy Shopping!

Jason at chevy in surprise was amazing. We left with a white one but forgot to ask for a V8. So we got home over the weekend with a V6. After signing all the documents we went back same night and said sorry this won't work. Jason and his team found us this truck. Not only better but cheaper. Not upset that we had to go through the papers etc over but he was smiles and happy for us. We wanted to wait to take her home till everything went through. So here we are w such an amazing truck. If you need a new car see Jason tell him we sent you for amazing service.

Had a great experience with Sands Chevy. They took great care of my Corvette, fixed the issue, and kept in good communication throughout the process. I have been going here for years and they always seem to do a good job.

Oil change was done. Price was slightly more than I had anticipated. We now have been having an oil spot under the car. Was not present before oil change

I brought my Chevy Express camper van to Sands Chevrolet for an oil change. I was told that I have a steering gear leak and that it is a major issue and would cost many hundreds of dollars. As I am a senior citizen traveling alone around the country I wanted it taken care of immediately. I do have an extended warranty and then gave the information to the service writer. Luckily the insurance company was closed for a snow day. I couldn't stay in Arizona and went to a Chevy dealer in Nevada at my next stop. I was told there was NO LEAK anywhere. I did pay $100 for the diagnostic visit to learn I was being ripped off by Sands Chevrolet. I left telephone messages for the General Manager that were ignored. Now filling complaint with Arizona Attorney General's office.

We took our 2017 Chevy Tahoe to get some work done and we had a fantastic experience. They even let us know about some coupons that were available for the our use. They got us in and out and washed the car for us.
