Stacey handled me the first time I came in after getting an estimate for adding a brake controller to my F150 FX4 Lariat Super Crew Cab. She has since always sent me reminder when service is due. I have been totally please with Stafford Ford for my service need since my local dealers service center pretty well stinks and lies.

Had problem with phasers on my vehicle. Worked on by others but not fixed. Stafford Ford Service person and the expertise of mechanic corrected issue. The service person, Stacey, was fantastic. She cared about my the problem. She was efficient, knowledgeable about my issue. I will compliment the mechanic next time I get my Max serviced.

Excellent place to purchase a new vehicle and the service department is very good also. I just purchased my fourth vehicle there.Everyone there does their best to accommodate a customer and provide a great experience.

I took my 2020 Edge in for its first service. I mentioned there were times when my Blue Tooth would hang up trying to play music on my IPhone. The service writer never came back to tell me they were going to update the software. I knew this normally takes up to a couple hours. Why wasn’t I told or even asked if I wanted it done? I was waiting for my car. My appointment was at 8 and I requested they give me a ride home at 1. I got a call back after 2 saying they’d pick me up my car was done. Now my screen says failed to update software. Am trying to figure out how to get rid of this message.
