I'm only giving one star because thats the minimum. After spending a few months searching for my black jeep wrangler, I finally saw this beauty pop up online this past March, and I was super excited because it looked to be everything I wanted. I did my online research and then drove the two hours to Hickory Hills to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival I test drove the car. When test driving I noticed that the jeep made a weird noise when the ac was turned on. They assured me they had recently had their mechanic check it out and that they were sure it was just a piece of debris stuck in the area that was being moved by the fan when turned on but that it should fall out on its own, or if it remained an issue I could come back to them and have their mechanic look at it because that's how they do business! They take care of their customers! That seemed fair to me, so I made the purchase. But it turned out to be my biggest regret. Two months later in May I go for an oil change and they tell me I have a leak that I might want to have checked out. I take the car to a jeep dealership only to be told the engine is entirely ruined with old sluggish oil that had to have built up over several years. Not to mention a list of other issues. I called the company several times and I was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me asap regarding the manner. After several attempts I accepted that unfortunately, I had to deal with the fact I bought the car as is. I had purchased my own bumper to bumper warranty but they had a clause that if the damage was preexisting they wouldn't have to cover it. Per the warranty company the damage was evidently pre-existing because it would take years to accumulate the amount of oil that was built up around the motor. By June the motor was completely done. Since then I've been stuck paying a car note on a car I can't drive. I just wanted to warn people to take a mechanic with you, and don't ignore ANYTHING no matter how small they may make it seem and also the cars look great on the outside but on the inside you may find a disaster!

Called and spoke to Frank and he was so pleasant that I had to go. Yourself got me into the Jeep I wanted and worked so hard to get the best rate possible! Don’t sleep on this dealership! You won’t be disappointed!

Lied about car

Car was in horrible shape compared to the "mint" condition they told. Drove few hours with money in hand to purchase the vehicle only to find dents, scratches, cracked bumpers, paint chipping off, and holes in the seat. They told me this was normal for a 5-year-old car. I've bought 20-year-old cars for $500 that have been in better condition than that was.

I purchased a used Range Rover which includes the standard 500 mile warranty. The first day I discovered that water is pouring through the roof and I called the dealer. He asked that I go to a glass place to reseal it. However the glass place says the entire windshield is lose and needs reinstalled, which can cause it to break, I went to another glass place and they said the same. I called the dealer and they refuse to assume responsibility. The next day the engine light came on and off and I scheduled it for maintenance at a Land Rover Specialist 2 weeks later to do my scheduled maintenance. There he ran a factory computer test and discovered that the turbocharger manifold had broken, just 27 miles after I purchased it. This is a big part of the car that costs nearly $5000 to replace, which should be covered under their 500 mile Warranty and they refuse to cover it. They also refuse to cover the lose windshield and they refuse to pay for the tax money that they shorted me, which I discovered when I registered the car at the BMV. All in all, they refuse to assume responsibility with their warranty of all the things that happened in the first 500 miles, just in these 3 short weeks. Totaling nearly 5-6 thousand dollars depending on if the windshield breaks when reinstalled. I would not trust this dealer as they sell bad cars and do not take care of their customers. Laughed at my problems and hung up the phone.

This is the best place to buy your car. The prices are great and the service is even better. They are very friendly and very helpful. They will help you find a car that works best for you. Messaged about a H1 Hummer twice and never answered or sent a response. I've waited 2 weeks now and still no response. Apparently other people had similar dealings with this dealer by looking at reviews.

Transmition Failed a few days after driving off the lot. they Ignored me for months. finally got half the repair bill. Avoid this place !!!

I finally received a reply after reaching out many times. Was told the vehicle was available. I mentioned I was an out of state buyer, which according to their description they welcome. After that I was ignored. Obviously not a place worth my business.
