Dealership staff was very friendly and helpful and knew a lot about the cars. I hope that the car that I got will last me for a very long time.

Came in to buy a new car. Was told price would be MSRP then comes back to tell me now will be 2500. over that. When I would not go for their scam now makes up fake problems and now no interest with my trade in.

I priced service at several shops. I always try to give the dealership business and they were competitive with the bid. When I got there, they added a $50 service charge and a $12 credit card fee. I won’t be returning.

My experience with Adam at Russ Darrow Greenfield, was exceptional. He was a no-pressure, professional. I found him to be attentive to my particular need, my car had been stolen and I was in need of a replacement vehicle within a certain budget. Adam was patient and laxer focused on my budgetary and personal needs in a vehicle. Just as I was about to leave, he thought to show me one last vehicle and this was the perfect fit! This is why he earned Russ Darrow a 5-star rating with me. I appreciate his service, follow through and am very satisfied. Thank you, Adam, you are an asset to the Russ Darrow Group!

Very dishonest and shady dealership.

Very dishonest and shady dealership. I confirmed over the phone with Celina many times about MSRP pricing and ensuring that there will be no hidden fees or "add-ons". I get my payment in order and do the long 3hr round trip drive. I arrive and as Adam preps the paperwork, they added $2500 in paint warranty and said it is required. Total bait and switch. Erick then states it was a sales associate training issue, but if you search on past negative reviews, this is a common shady sales tactic to get you into the door. Plenty of other dealerships with higher ratings, and for good reason. Avoid this dealership if you value your time.

Get discriminated against WHILE getting ripped off

I came in for a test drive and was told with complete seriousness "don't crash it" by the salesperson. Funny how nobody has EVER said that to me when my husband was around. Completely sexist and inappropriate. Also, they charge $3,000 in dealer fees on top of MSRP. I asked about the discount listed on the quote and the salesperson literally turned the minus into a plus sign saying that won't be offered to me. Jason also refused to negotiate. Complete rip off on top of being mistreated. Don't waste your time here.

The people here are so incredibly rude and incompetent.

The people here are so incredibly rude and incompetent. I’d believe every negative review on here because they’re all very similar. Not to mention the “sorry for your experience” replies are just insulting. Customer service is absolutely not a thing here. I bought a CX-5 and love it, but I will never work with this dealer again. My trade-in value was extremely low compared to two other places I got offers from (managed to get them to raise it), they LOST my trade-in title and didn’t realize it until SIX MONTHS LATER - then Gus flat out lied to me in an email about them contacting me “multiple times” after he sent the title request to the DMV. Gus called me the day he requested the title and then I never heard from them again until FOUR weeks later when THREE OF THEM HOUNDED MY VOICEMAIL AND EMAIL WITHIN TWO HOURS. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that they clearly had someone ready to buy my trade-in and were just NOW following up on the title that was mailed to me. I had a ton of person crap going on in my life then so the title was literally the last thing on my mind. If they needed it sooner, they should’ve followed up with me sooner. That’s their own fault. Lying to a customer about “them trying to contact me repeatedly” because they’re in a bind and desperate, that’s just embarrassing incompetence and incredibly rude. Then, working with Brian in finance was a complete nightmare to get my extended warranty cancelled. I had to repeatedly contact him in a span of SIX MONTHS as well because he clearly had no idea how to process the cancellation. I finally called the corporate office to get it handled, and Mandy was kind and incredibly apologetic for the headache Mazda caused me and stil honored the full refund price even though it was only good for 60 days from purchase. Make your own choice as to whether you truly want to work with this dealer, but Mazda in Greenfield gives the Russ Darrow name a bad image. I seriously wonder how any of the staff sleep at night with how crooked and rude they are.

They lie.

by Ls on Mar 26, 2022

They lie. They promised paint warranty wasn't required add on. I said i would walk out if they say required when i come in. They assured me not required. Go to buy and they added 2500 to invoice without mentioning it and didnt discount msrp like they show on Cars.com site. I caught paint warranty ECP and said to take it off i didnt want extra paint warranty. They said required as part of sale. I walked out. They outright lie to get you in door and hope you'll buy anyway. Deceptive business practices.

They Outright Lie About Price 2 Get You 2 Come In

1.0
by Don't Go Here To Buy on Mar 20, 2022

They outright lie-seriously lie. I emailed for pricing confirmation which was ~$800 off MSRP on new 2022 SUV. They confirmed and said to come in. I called first to make sure that was price and that they wouldn't require add-ons like ECP paint protection or extended warranty because I heard they require which adds $2,500+ to price. They said not required and manager got upset thinking their sales rep told me required on phone. I said no, I hear it from others. He confirmed not required. asked again and said if I come in to buy and they bring up it as requirement I will get up and walk out so don't waste my time. He confirms not required. I go in to buy the car. After test driving, going through credit app confirmation, talking through with sales rep, they come back with paper work to sign with no $800 discount off MSRP and tacked on $2,500 for paint protection saying its already on all the cars and they can't sell without. I said they promised me over the phone they wouldn't require. The manager acted surprised that someone would say not required, blamed it on an on-line market rep and wanted to address with their staff which was another lie because this is their tactic. Lie about price and lie about no add-ons to get you in the door so they can get you to buy anyway. Horrible ethics. I walked out right away and didn't buy.
