Would recommend, they are so helpful, they speak English and Spanish. Bought my Mercedes-Benz and my prius there and all the time I have problems with it they are right there to help me .. ....and I can't wait for my jeep ....I'm a happy customer....thank you so much Rick and suzie .

Buying process was super easy. No doc fees, no BS. You pay what's on the vehicle. I liked that aspect. I bought an 04 Silverado - obviously I don't expect the truck to be perfect, but I paid a premium for it given its "supposed" condition. Needed belts and tensioners. Not a big deal - it's an 04 with 170k-ish. It's probably earned that. Truck had a completely BROKEN shock when I went to pick it up - they fixed that no charge, but seriously? Why wasn't that right when I picked it up. Why was it like that on your lot? Had electrical issues with the truck right away. After a few gray hairs, some tracing with a test light, a lot of help from google, and a little divine intervention I found a loose bulkhead at the firewall. Rick's wife told me verbally "Our warranty says only engine and transmission, but if anything else is wrong, bring it back and we'll fix it." Tried calling them and they didn't really want to help me. At some point this truck has had transmission work - one of the cooler line clips had broken and the lines sagged. The steering linkage almost rubbed a hole in one of the lines. Glad I caught it when I did! Could've possibly left me stranded and wiped out my transmission! After the electrical issue, I didn't even bother calling. I figured I'd get the same treatment. All of these issues surfaced within 3 weeks of owning the truck. Customer service attitude did a complete about-face after the sale. Rick, if your employees couldn't see a broken shock and a tranny cooler line that was on its last leg, you might need to offer them vision insurance! Might be advantageous for your reputation. If I hadn't been able to fix the stuff myself, I'd already be sick of this truck. If you're going to offer such poor post sales service, at least make sure I'm getting what I'm paying for. Wouldn't recommend if you're not able to fix stuff yourself.

Rick at RS Auto was a breeze to do business with. His place is a salvage yard / rebuild shop / dealership. I was interested in a rebuilt car he had, and we had to do a lot of the deal over the phone, since I live 4 hours away. When I did get to go see it, the car was exactly as Rick had described, and in even better condition than I was thinking of. I had a few questions which were answered honestly and quickly, and I ended up buying the car. I would recommend shopping here if you are looking for a good deal and fair prices.

Wow. I don't think I've ever encountered anyone so rude and disrespectful at these folks. I was stunned. How does a company like this stay in business?

Don't bother with an email, they won't respond. Tried twice. You missed out on a possible sale! Was willing to drive the distance to make a deal.

Didn’t respond to the truck I emailed about. So I called, was told that they was gonna call me back with the info I need and never did. Seemed really rude. I don’t no what their deal was with me.

I was having trouble finding the right car, but Rick and Suzie were VERY helpful! They went above and beyond, sending me information and extra photos (the vehicle had damage when they bought it, which was repaired - they even sent me the photos of the damage from before the repair job!) When I went to test-drive, I had a small concern, and Rick offered me a concession that made me feel secure in buying the vehicle anyway. A month later, and I'm happy to report that everything is running great. I really value how down-to-earth, honest, and up-front Rick is in his dealings. He's one of those rare folks who loves what he does for a living, and it shows. 10/10, would recommend and would buy again. Thanks Rick!
