While the people were very friendly, I didn’t get a phone call until after my car was fixed. I was very disappointed that a place that’s filled with cars was unable to provide a loaner for the week they had my car. Renting a car for a full week is NOT cheap! My repairs may have been free, but the experience cost me plenty! A car’s transmission should not be failing on a Nissan with only 55,000 miles on it.

FIRST THEY COULDN’T FIND ANYONE TO FINANCE (GOT APPROVED), THEN THEY NEED PROOF OF RESIDENCY BECAUSE OF AN OUT OF STATE PURCHASE done, THEN THEY NEED THE ADDRESS TO SHOW ON THE INSURANCE done,, THEN IT WAS YOU HAVE TO INCREASE DOWNPAYMENT done,, THEN THEY SLAPPED YOU WITH YOU A 24 HRS TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. SINCE ALL OF THE ABOVE HAVE BEEN SATISFIED…KEVIN WHO SUPPOSEDLY IS A SALES MANAGER CALLS YOU AND CHARGED YOU WITH A STRAW PURCHASE BECAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER WANTS TO BUY A CAR WHO HAPPENS TO BE OUT OF STATE, HAVE NOT PURCHASED A CAR BY HERSELF, I DIDN’T KNOW THAT ITS A CRIME TO HELP YOUR DAUGHTER FIND A CAR AND IMMEDIATELY CHARGED YOU WITH A “STRAW PURCHASED” WITH NO PROOF WHEN I ASKED HIM. MY DAUGHTER ABIDE WITH ALL THE THINGS THEY ASKED FOR AND WAS DISAPPOINTED TO LEARN SHE IS NOT GETTING THE CAR BECAUSE SHE IS BEING CHARGED WITH A LAW CALLED STRAW PURCHASE. I WILL PURSUE TO CHARGE THIS DEALERSHIP WITH DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE OF KEVIN-THE SALES MANAGER WHO INSULTED AND WRONGLY CHARGED MY DAUGHTER A FRAUDULENT PURCHASED WHO BY THE WAY HAS A PERFECT CREDIT.
