We were trying to book our yearly inspection and could not get anyone in service to help us. Instead, we were told to use the website which is not set up to schedule inspection, only paid services. We were then told to use the Express lane. Multiple promised completion times were missed and we ended up spending most of our day completing a state inspection (which is supposed to be a perk of buying from this dealership).

He was even kind of us to replace two Instagram decals we had left on our previous car we traded in and sent in the mail for us!
