This place they just don’t care about you I have called the office to make appointment and left voicemail on the manager line and no response it’s sad they want your money and also stop wasting water on my car I can do that myself it’s a waste of time, also the last time my husband left his car there for a check took them 2 days

Lack of respect and communication. Have called numerous times with no response and when I would receive one they would hang up and then call back hours later.

Came in with a front end shake.
Came in with a front end shake. I told service manager that it was shaking with the other set of tires I had. I told him I got new tires. I told him I had the new set balanced on a newer machine by the owner of the shop. He ruled out the tires. Rothrock Mechanics solution, new tires at $1400. My tires have less then 2000 miles on them. So I now have to bring the truck back with another set of rims tires and a video showing that’s not the problem. This seems to be quite the topic on a lot of Nissan forums. The ghost shake, death wobble the shimmy shake that nobody seems to be able to fix.
Go to another dealership if you need service. Rothrock is busy and they definitely don’t need your business. They spend more time trying to up sell you then they do servicing your vehicle. Definitely don’t send your wife or girlfriend there. I love my Nissan’s but I get better service experience at Kelly Nissan.

I had to leave my car there for two entire days to have
I had to leave my car there for two entire days to have the transmission pan and side cover gasket changed due to a leak. This is the second time I had to leave my car there for this leak. The first time all they did was tighten six bolts, not repair the leak.
