Friendly but avoid
The staff was friendly but: 1. Dont believe the price online. They add thousands in fees on top. 2. Took forever to buy it 3. There were issues they said they would fix and they did not. 4. Getting the vehicles back it to get them to fix took forever. 5. I bought two vehicles, one had issues but nothing too major, just took forever to fix, second vehicle needed a whole new transmission after half a day of driving and they didnt cover.
They take pride in the cars they sell.
Professional, courteous small town family type company. They communicated well with me while I waited for the MD Inspection , via calls, texts and emails. I had a great experience with Tony and Danni. I was away and unable to purchase the car when it was ready. It sold in 1-2 days, but they gave me an opportunity to purchase the car. I would definitely consider them in the future.

Sucks!!. Sent initial inquiry through cars.com on Dec 11 for car priced at $19,600 and got response when I wanted to look at it. Checked the next day and the price was magically at $22,900. The old bait and switch. When I contacted the dealership they would not honor the original price as listed. I would not buy that car from them for $14,000..in fact would never buy a car from them or recommend anyone buy a car form them. VERY Dissatisfied.

I had to fly in and get the car "blindly" and just trust them. They completely ignored me and lead me off after my purchase. My experience with them makes me hate human nature, just a bunch of selfish salesmans.
Overall experience with this company is depressing. Waited for 7 hours, the stripe is not put on right, the wing on the back is not on right.

Wrote a review in October that was bad, but we sorted it out and mark helped me allot. Scott the owner worked with me to work out a deal that helped me so thank you Scott and mark for helping me also a shout out to Trevor.
Best car-buying experience I have ever had! From beginning to end, there was no pressure at all to purchase, and everything was done at the speed in which I felt comfortable, as the customer. My salesman, Tony, was personable, and it was clear that he truly cares for clients. A salesman like no other; any customer would be lucky to have him! Dani, who schedules appointments, was punctual and so polite, also. Ricardo, who called from the dealership, offered plenty of options for extended warranties and other available extras, but again, never made me feel pressured to buy anything. What a breath of fresh air after discussing multiple cars with multiple aggressive, pushy dealers all week! I was even struggling to choose between two cars, and the team at Ron's helped me to decide on the perfect fit for me, which ended up being the less expensive of the two. They care more about the customer's happiness and success than the $$$. This is impossible to find at dealerships! As a safety precaution in this COVID era, Ken, from the dealership, drove the car all the way to my home an hour away. He then drove my car back with him to Ron's; a seamless trade-in experience. I never even went to the dealership, and there was no waiting for hours for assistance or information, as can be the case at most dealerships. Ken was also extremely personable, and was a joy to have in our home to sign papers with! The price on the car was excellent; it is clean, smells great, and is up to date on everything. It feels completely new, even though it is only new to me. :) We will be looking for a car for my younger sister in the coming year, and can't wait to return to Ron's. Thank you to everyone involved for great service!!
A couple weeks ago I came in looking for a van, Trevor Roy was my sales rep and did a Wonderful job helping me from start to finish to try to get me approved and at the budget I could afford and he did it!! I love my Honda Odyssey and I would recommend Trevor to anyone as their sales rep and Apple Honda for a vehicle! He was honest and didn't keep bugging you! Keep up the Wonderful work Trevor. Today a week ago I got my van. Thank you very much!!

If you want to throw money away, get yourself over to Ron’s. By far our worst experience buying a truck. Do not expect honesty and integrity. Do not expect a car that will not exhibiting problems right after you buy it. Also, PLEASE do not EVER have Ron’s repair your car. Look at their Cars.com rating. 2.4 out of 5 is much higher than I rate it. If I could go lower than 1, I would. Make sure and tell them that you want their lemon of the day special!🍋🍋🍋

I would never consider buying a car from anyone other than Ron's automotive there's no way you could talk me into it Scott the owner is a very genuine man who helps his customers get the things they need hes not just a money hungry owner like most owners
