We we have not been disclosed of the problem of the used vehicle that we?ve bought. They guaranteed it was reliable and that they were the 3rd owner but none of them is true. They couldnt repair the vehicle because they can?t figure out the problem so we didn't have a choice but to trade it in and buy a new car on the spot which we think is overpriced. The traded car has lost its value plus the overpriced brand new car, we?ve been totally ripped off.

I purchased a black cts 3 weeks ago at this dealership. Mark is the sales manager of this transaction. I test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. The bank funded the deal and the salesperson stated that the car would be cleaned up and they would call me when it's ready. Long story short Mark the sales manager stated that he sold the car to someone else and they apologized for the error. I was thinking that this was a joke since my bank sent the money to there account. Anyways they didn't do anything to make it right and tried to sell me a more expensive car. The dealership is trash and so is the staff who works there. I believe they sold the car to someone else cause they were begging to match my bank rate and which I refused. Stay away from this dealership since they post a cheap cars online and when you get there it was all a lie. ANYONE CAN CONTACT ME I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS MESSAGES AND AUDIO ON THE WHOLE TRANSACTION. I will be reporting them to the BBB and post my reviews to google and any other website to make sure this doesn't happen again to someone.

Quote you one price then upcharge you. Leave all kinds of trash in your vehicle after repairs are made. Steering wheel had grease stains. Poor quality of work. It must start from management. This is the only way they can get away with this kind of service. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle else where.
