Mario from Riverhead Nissan was amazing. My wife and I went to see him with our three boys. We were worried we would be there for a long time, but he made the process super quick and easy. Not to mention the great deal he got us on our beautiful new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. We drove over an hour to Riverhead Nissan and it was definitely worth the trip!

Very positive service manager. Nice to speak with. Good communication . The only part not pleased with is went to pay cash and female cashier said no cash just card. Then we were charged a fee for using card.
Donna, our service adviser was excellent, she handled the situation well, as we are 1st time customers to this dealer ,after a bad experience at another Nissan dealership. I would recommend Riverhead Nissan for your service needs, the facility is clean & the staff very courteous & accommodating, without forcing service that your vehicle may not require at time of service.

The service representatives at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I left without paying a dime...when I bought my car it came with 2 free oil changes. The service representative happily reminded of this and it was greatly appreciated. The service tech was cordial and helpful upon arrival and did this with a smile.
