Don't go there, don't waste you money or time.
Sales man were rude and will not honor Toyota advertising. This a high pressure bate and switch. Don't go there! I had an appointment but the salesman wasn't available when I arrived. He knew what i wanted before i got there but could't honor the deal after i got there.
We're sorry you are unhappy with your experience with us, but our dealership does not use "Bait & Switch" tactics. Such tactics are unethical and a waste of time for both the customer and staff member. Right Toyota is a very successful dealer in its own right and we do not need to engage in dishonest conduct to sell cars. I'm not sure what advertising you are referring to from Toyota, however, each dealer is independently owned and all pricing is left to each dealer's individual discretion. Do not go there. Most dishonest sales I've see. Bate and switch. I went there, but appointment didn't matter. They don't honor the advertising by Toyota. Rude salesman.

Spare Key
It's been 2 months since I bought my car and they haven't gave my spare key that should've been given right when I got my car. They keep tossing me around and didn't take me seriously. Every time I talk to someone the always say different things and always have me confused about who's saying the truth or lying. Also, the lady at the front desk always have an attitude every time I come in. Sent them an email but never get a precise answer on when I'm getting my spare key. Don't get Zach Jarden as your sales person cause he's not really helpful and just want you to get out of the dealership.

Did not receive the promised & quoted discount from the Service Rep. As the Service Manager and he were gone when I picked my car up, I had no choice but to pay it. Felt like a bit of a bait & switch.
